B - scrambled eggs with portobellow mushrooms and green beans
S - cheese, triscuits
L - soup w/green beans
S - walnuts
D - salmon or chicken, veggie, carb

Morning!

7:30 p.m. P90X Shoulders & Arms + ARX}(

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: mini ww everything bagel w/cream cheese + french roast coffee
Meal 2: mini ww bagel w/cream cheese (I had to drop my son off extra early at school so this was the best I could do in a rush). Don't you just hate when this happens?
Meal 3: turkey burger made w/1 whole egg & bread crumbs/mixed veggies/tangerine
Meal 4: chicken salad + banana
Meal 5: chicken stir fry

Today's a high carb day for me so that's why there's so much bread. It should've been a sweet potato. Oh well:( At least I'll consume brown rice w/my stir fry tonight.

7:30 a.m. Power Yoga

B – Oatmeal with a scoop of LF cottage cheese, ½ banana, ¼ pear, flax seed
L – Sweet potato, lentils, green beans, ½ avocado, walnuts, orange
D – Large salad, spaghetti squash
S – Almonds, dried fruit

Rhonda - If I got up a 4:00 a.m. I'd have to go to bed at 7:00 p.m.! I'm impressed!

B - coffee
S - scone, skim-mozz cheese stick
L - soup and some sort of protein
S - fruit, yogurt, nuts
D - chicken, veggies

All these holiday parties are not helping my diet. x( I guess if i eat perfectly all the time OTHER than when i'm at them, they will do minimum damage! That's what i'm hoping anyway:p

b - prunes, egg + extra whites, coffee
s - V8, WW english muffin, cheese
L - WW pasta with lots of vegies
S - orange
D - protein shake with fruit and soy milk

workout - spinning class!

Hi Margaret,
I go to be no later than 9pm during the week. Some days I am there at 8pm. I have never been a late evening person so going to bed early comes quite easily for me.

Hey everybody.

Well...no workouts so far this week, no energy or time with 3 kids and DH gone....at least I can eat healthy

1- smoothie with yogurt, flax, oatmeal, berries, protein
2 - nothing. Forgot!
3 - whole wheat tortilla, chicken breast, fat free smoky bean dip from trader joes, and green salsa in a big burrito AWESOME plus some sugar snap peas
4 - cottage cheese and fruit
5 - hm...I think a piece of frozen lasagna and salad.
