Hi Everyone,

4:15a JV FF cycle 3 and extra abs - I am doing a JV rotation for December and so far it is going well

B - scrambled eggs with green beans
S - cheese, triscuits
L - soup w/green beans
S - walnuts
D - venison, potatoes, asparagus (this was suppose to be yesterdays dinner but hubby didn't feel like cooking so I made spaghetti)

Hope everyone is doing well and welcome to all the new people.

Good morning,

6:30 (slept in) KPC - cardio conditioning. I don't know about you guys, but I hate it when I can't do a workout all of the way through. I feel guilty all day long.

B - coffee, blueberries, 1/2 bagel w/cream cheese
S - yogurt, fruit
L - chicken, veggies
S - fruit, nuts
D - spaghetti and meatballs

Morning Ladies!

Tonight's workout at 7:30 or later will be TKO Boxing by Debbie Burns. This tape is fast & the music is great. I LOVE this one.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: 1 whole egg + 1 egg white omelette & 2 slices turkey bacon + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: cottage cheese w/blueberries & granola + white tea
Meal 3: scallops/mixed veggies & strawberries
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese
Meal 5: hamburger w/mixed veggies (I eat this after my cardio)

Hello, last night wasn't too bad really with the pizza, I got 1/4 of it veggie, and it was awesome!
Here's my day:

B- egg white omlette W/ madarin orange green tea
S- Strawberries
L- Salmon W/ broccoli
S- Fiber One cereal
D- Hamburger W/ a veggie

Today I'm not sure I'll be working out, I have to get this house back in order. I can only have time for either cleaning or working out, but usually not both. I know it's sad, but true.

Morning all! 5:00 CTX Upper Body Split, cardio from 10-10-10.

Here are my eats:

B - Protein shake
S - Grapefruit
L - Lean Cuisine (short on time this morning)
S - Low Carb Yogurt
D - Turkey Dog with sweet potato chips
S - Peanut Butter on whole wheat toast

Let's hope I actually stick to this today. I didn't yesterday.x(

Hi Everyone!

Since I've switched to a vegetarian diet, weight seems to be coming off finally. I did low carb all last year, and I actually feel healthier with this way of eating. I can't seem to find time to fit in snacks during the day anymore since I quit my job. How can I be busier? Anyway...

7:30 a.m. Circuit Max

B – FF yogurt mixed with LF cottage cheese, flaxseed meal, ½ banana and pineapple slices
L – Lentils, wild and brown rice, ½ avocado, walnuts, pear, green beans
D – Large salad, squash
S – Almonds, dried mango

Howdy. Finally just getting around to posting, and here it is lunchtime. My DH is out of town, so morning workouts are not working out! haha! too much going on in the ams with the kids. Gonna try and get a workout in tonite. Thankfully my weight is totally stable and I am eating a lot more than I used to so there must be something to this clean eating thing!

1- one yolk/4 egg white omelete, whole wheat toast
2 - Supposed to be protein bar, ended up being cookies :-(
3 - chicken breast and brown rice, sugar snap peas
4 - cottage cheese and apple I SWEAR
5 - chicken tenders and veggies...I think.

My diet is terrible and I only continue to post it to embarass myself...maybe that will help me change it.
