L - salad (hopefully, going out so we will see)

Nothing planned for dinner so have no clue what we will have.

B – FF Yogurt mixed with a scoop of LF cottage cheese, toasted wheat germ, raspberries and ½ banana
L – Not sure – I’ll be at the mall starting Christmas shopping
D – Large spinach salad, 1 glass white wine
S – Almonds and dates

Hello ladies! Wow, so there must be a bad threa dhere on the open discussion forum. I have yet to read it. I'm guessing though that it's the one that says Every Good Women should read this. There is always that one thread, eh?
Yesterdays wokrout was very nice, I did a premix from the KPC, L&G dvd. It's teh one with the ankle weights and kickboxing drills. it was nice, I got some toning in and some cardio!

Here's the menu for today:
B-Fiber One Cereal
L-Catfish and broccoli
S- Chicken W/ green beans
D- I hate to do this to myself, but probably chicken with broccoli.

I'm boring today, what can I say!
For my workout today, I will probably try to get in some upper body work. I might just try, gulp, Muscle Endurance. I've never done it and I have heard it's fun, so what the heck, right?

My day just keeps getting worst. It is TTOM so I have had some peanut M&Ms, a 3 musketeer and now trying to get through the next 2 hours without getting anything else to put into my mouth. Gum it is.

Just needed to get it off my chest and confess that I am not eating well this afternoon

Just wanted to say hi to a nice group of folks.

I have the stomach flu currently, as have several members of my family so lets just say I am not working out, and I am not eating healthy at all!
