Hi everyone,

4:15am S&H Back and Bi's
Tonight is MIC (just the floor portion)

I was doing so well yesterday with eating until after dinner and I got into the caramel corn. Now that is all gone so hopefully today will do better

B - scrambled eggs w/mushrooms
S - hb egg, cheese
L - big salad with chicken
S - ? not sure if I will get one, going to the dentist to be fitted for a crown so I will have a numb mouth for a while
D - salmon, yellow rice, green beans

5:30 am - IMAX2, C&W abs

B - coffee
S - protein shake
L - soup
S - protein shake, fruit
D - tuna

Not eating much lately, have lost my appetite a bit. This morning's workout felt great. Tomorrow is ME - looove that workout.

Hi Rhonda! I don't know how you do it (4:15) your one amazing woman + your doing doubles today!!!!:eek: Your great Rhonda!

Last night's workout went well but HARD. I lift traditional fashion when I do Slow & Heavy instead of S&H fashion. I do the exercises but I lift much heavier & do more reps at my own pace & I love the music from this series. Tonight's a rest day for me. Helping my son, Craig try to lose weight so he's going to try Strength Express by Mindy Mylrea. I need to watch his form that's why its a rest day for me.

Today's menu is:

Meal 1: 3 egg white omelet w/crumpette + coffee
Meal 2: egg onion mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia/mixed veggies + apple
Meal 4: chick peas, black beans, tomato salad (its spicy!)
Meal 5: beef fajitas + salad (recipe from Saving Dinner cookbook)

L - Lean Cuisine
S - Low Carb Yogurt
D - Salmon, broccoli
S - Cottage Cheese

Anyone else have problems with constantly feeling hungry? I swear I eat and then 20 minutes later I'm hungry again. That's why I have to eat every 2 hours.

Morning guys
Did Step and Intervals from CTX today after previewing IMAX1 for the first time last night and decided I could NOT handle it at 6am! I am also draaaaging today. My DH just got over the flu, one son has it....stay awaaaaaaaay frommmmm meeeeeeeee! I made it through the workout but it was only 30 min cardio and I was whipped! Wanted to lay down and stay there all day!

enough on that! Feeling a bit better after some food

1- oatmeal with cinnamon, a little canned pumpkin, sugar free maple syrup and an eggwhite/oneyolk omelete
2 - protein bar
3 - slice deli turkey and raw veggies
4 - cottage cheese and apple
5 - chicken and veggies

Have a function at the preschool tonite, I hope I can lay off the goodies.

Morning everyone. :) I'm doing a light cardio day. This morning I did Cathe's Basic Step + KS Functionally Fit Peak Fatburning. This evening is WAP for Abs 3 mile + Ab Hits section. I start lifting again on Thursday and I can't wait to get to the gym! Taking that week off from weights (per the HST training I'm doing) totally threw my schedule off!

Meal 1: Eggbeater casserole (thanks again for the recipe!) + cup of sliced strawberries
Meal 2: Cottage cheese, oatmeal, apple, & cinnamon
Meal 3: Big salad w/light dressing + two small BBQ skinless chicken thighs
Meal 4: Balance bar + banana
Meal 5: Turkey in ff gravy + steamed veggies
Meal 6: Danon Light & Fit yogurt + 1/3 cup Kashi Go Lean

2 cups coffee w/ff Coffee Mate & Splenda.
 
Stressful day today. I quit my job yesterday and agreed to stay until Friday. I'm a stress eater and need to be very careful. Maybe I'll expand my workouts while I'm off work!

5:30 a.m. Cardio and Weights

B – Protein Shake
S – Almonds
L – Spinach salad with chicken and hard boiled egg, carb bar
S – Fat free yogurt with flax meal and kiwi fruit
D – Roast beef, wild rice, green beans, red wine

I hear you on being a stress eater. My parents were driving thru town last nite and didnt show up until 3 hrs later than I expected. Needless to say I ate way too much at dinner last nite (spaghetti and ice cream)

Today:

B- egg white and lofat cheese omelet, 2 slices turkey bacon
s- apple and pb
L- chicken breast and brussel sprouts 2 pieces of sugar free hard candy
s- cottage cheese and a pear
D- ??? maybe and Amy's burrito? Dunno yet

So I'm wondering what everyone's basic "theme" on how they eat is: i.e. low carb, low calories, "clean", 40-40-03, lo fat etc.

Going for a run this evening. I'm toying with the idea of doing a half marathon in Feb
 
Cbelle, how far would you say that you run when you aren't training for a marathon? I used to run about 4 miles a couple times a week. Now that the weather is cold though, I'm sticking to Cathe for the winter. Just curious how far I would hae to run on a normal basis to be able to do a half a marathon. I've never even toyed with the idea, because I've never been a runner until this summer. But I have to say that i realy enjoyed it.
Ok, today, thanks to Trevor and his motivating ways, I will be doing IMAX 2 and cursing him through the whole thing!

L- half Ny strip and broccoli
s- Protein shake (I'll need it after my workout!)
D- meat loaf with a veggie (I will probably go through my freezer and find my ground turkey and use half ground turkey and half lean ground beef for the meat loaf)
S- Apple

I would say that my theme to eating is clean. It may look a little bit low carb, but I'm not trying to be low carb, just clean. I dont' always succeed at dinner time. But for the rest of the day I am pretty good. And it's working, I feel better now than I did two weeks ago, so I will stick with it!
