Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. I really have to get back on track. Last week did me no good.

I am starting a Joyce Vedral rotation for December. Today was Just Arms and Just bra roll. I can feel it already so we will see what it feels like later one.

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus
S - piece of cheese, lowfat triscuits
L - homemade turkey rice soup
S - walnuts
D - leftover steak, veggies and potatoe.

Yup, need to get back on the wagon as well.

6am - KPC - cardio conditioning + 1st kicking & punching combo (ran out of time - again!)

B - egg whites, cantelope, skim milk, coffee
S - protein shake
L - turkey sandwich, salad
S - yogurt, peanuts
D - chicken, vegies, pasta

Good morning all!

Yes last week was a bit, well, not very good on the diet. However, i didn't gain any weight. Thank goodness for the body's ability to adapt to short lived changes in food intake!

B - Kashi, soy milk, blue berries
L - turkey sandwich, vegies
S - plain yogurt, home made cranberry relish :9
D - left over home made vegie lasagne

ok so today's not THAT healthy, but its pretty clean and yummy!

Been getting my 'healthy eating' in check plus have started BB Slim Series so haven't been using Cathe's boards much recently - although I have been checking for updates on the new series.

Great news...I lost 5lbs last week by getting everything under control (yippeee) :) :)

This morning did Cool It Off (from Slim Series)

Nut museli w/ rice milk
Guacamole & raw veggies
Peppers stuffed w/ chickpeas
Boiled egg & rye bread
Lime chicken w/ green salad

Hi All -

I made it through Thanksgiving relatively unscathed. I took Kathy's advice and filled up on a sweet potato and it really didn't leave much room for the bad stuff, although I did pick all day and drink more than my fair share of wine. Andrea, your peppers stuffed with chick peas sound great. How do you make them?

The plan for today -

7: 30 a.m. Circuit Max

B – 3 egg whites/1 yolk scrambled with kale. Kiwi fruit
L – Wild rice and chicken salad. Sweet potato soup
S – Orange
D – Large Salad, Brussel sprouts with sesame seeds

Ok...gave blood yesterday so can't workout for a few days...

1 - muesli with protein powder
2 - protein bar
3 - salmon patty and veggies
4 - cottage cheese and apple
5 - chicken/tomato dish, salad

Hi Ladies! Well what can I say? I'm sure glad T-giving is over with!!!!!! I had some side dishes that were just GROSS! Wound up with a stomach ache. I'm definitely not used to eating junk.

Sat. workout was PUB & Sun. was PLB. Tonight's workout is IMAX2. My meals for today are:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/peanut butter + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: mini egg onion bagel w/whipped cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia/string beans, corn, carrots + banana
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese on top
Meal 5: protein shake & banana (will have this after IMAX2)

Hello all! I wish I had come away from Thanksgiving unscathed. I HAVE to get myself back on track this week. So far so good. I did ME and All Step cardio this morning.

B - Oatmeal
S - Protein Bar
L- Turkey sandwhich on whole wheat, cottage cheese
S - Protein shake
D - Chicken breast, broccoli

I'm terrified to get on the scale. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary on Saturday and I would love to fit into a cute slinky dress. I have to be really strict this week.

Ok, so Karate Chick, you are a goddess for being able to loss weight on the week of Thanksgiving! I didn't gain any weight, but sure as heck didn't lose any either. But, just like a lot of us I have to get back on track. My inlaws just left this morning, so my breakfast wasn't good either, so for the rest of the day I have to be good.

B- Coffee, yes, coffee! that's it, not good!
L- Salmon W- Sweet potatoe no added sugar though. Green Tea
S- Protein shake
D- DH wants to get a pizza, maybe I can go half veggie. That wouldn't be too bad.

For my workout today I'm going to try the 90 min premix on SJP and SB dvd. I may feel like I'm going to die, being that last week I had no time to workout except monday, but I am feeling really hyper due to the major caffeine and sugar that I had for breakfast, so I might actually make it through. We'll see. If I don't post tomarrow, send someone to find me, I may still be a puddle on the floor! LOL!
