Hi Everyone,

4:10am PS Back and Bi's, walk/jog on treadmill for 25 minutes. Tonight I plan on doing candlelight yoga.

B - body for life shake (I won't buy these again), and hb egg
S - hb egg, cheese
L - tuna noodle casserole, low fat triscuits
S - cashews
D - leftover chicken, green beans and salad

Boot camp this morning

B - three white/one yolk scrambled with chopped spinach and cottage cheese
L - Salmon and couscous salad
S - Clemantine orange and walnuts
D - Hamburger with spinach salad

Kathy - I made the couscous salad as you described. It's wonderful.

Hi all! 5:00 PLB and cardio section of All Step. That cardio workout still makes me sweat like crazy, but it felt great!

B - Protein Shake
S - Banana, protein bar
L - Lean Cuisine
S - Apple, Low Carb Yogurt
D - Spinach salad with chicken and Newman's Owen Lite Balsamic Vinegarette
S - Cottage Cheese

Ate more than I have been yesterday and I had a lot more energy, so I think all of you that gave me the advice yesterday were right. I need to up my calorie intake. Thanks so much!

My workout last night was S&H tris/bis & Ab Hits section of PH abs & CTX kickboxing planks premix.

Tonight I have to go to the dr. so this will be my rest day.

Today's eats are:

Meal 1: 2 multigrain waffles w/pb + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: cottage cheese w/blueberries & granola + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia/broccoli & green beans & carrots + banana
Meal 4: chicken salad
Meal 5: quinoa spaghetti & meatballs & salad

Rhonda, why are you not going to buy the Body for Life Shakes anymore? ARe they gross? Just curious because I was eyeing them.
Ok, I can tell that I slacked off last week working out, I'm sore today after doing the slim series. Not good. Just my hamstringes and upper back, but still not good. I should really lift just a little heavier once a week and see how that goes. I don't like feeling this weak.
Today I will probably do Christi Taylors Still Jumpin.

B- egg white onlette
L- chicken breast W/ green beans
S- protein shake W/ Flax seed
D- Hamburger W/ whole wheat bun and a veggie
S- Apple

Hi ladies,
I've been a little busy at work lately...I read the forum but don't always get a chance to post. Anyway, workouts & eating are going well. I tried P90X Plymetrics yesterday and really enjoyed it. It's easy enough choreography but intense, too....I like that! This morning I did a gym HST workout and plan on some light cardio and core work this evening. I also picked up some of the new Balance Go Mixes (trailmix like stuff) and they are REALLY good. If you like trailmix (like I do):9, this stuff's for you too! :)

Stats on Balance Go Mix:
Calories: 200
Fat: 6g
Carbo: 22g
Fiber: 2g
Protein: 14g

Meal 1: one egg/eggbeater omelette w/canadian bacon, peppers, mushrooms, lite cheese + 1/2 cup orange juice
Meal 2: protein shake w/banana + All Bran Bar
Meal 3: homemade beef & veggie soup + one Wasa multi-grain cracker w/lite Laughing Cow wedge
Meal 4: Balance Go Mix + tangerine
Meal 5: cornish hen + steamed veggies
Meal 6: SF Jello w/lite coolwhip and ff cottage cheese

2 cups coffee w/ff Coffee Mate & Splenda

Hi Kathy,
I took a drink of it this morning and thought I was going to gag. I did drink it all but to me it had a nasty after taste. I tried a BFL protein bar and that didn't taste too badly.

Did CTX Step and Intervals (cardio only) this am. Trying to bulk up more so keeping my cardios to 30 min two or 3 times a week. I want muscle! :)

1 - Irish Oatmeal, egg whites
2 - protein bar
3 - leftover steak, salad veggies
4 - cottage cheese, apple
5 - turkey chili leftovers, veggies
