Healthy Eating 10/8/04

Hi everyone,

Much better day yesterday. Today looks like this:

4:15a Jay Blahniks Precision Cycling

B - scrambled eggs w/feta cheese

S - cheese stick

L - salad

s - walnuts

D - ? have no clue since we didn't take anything out.

This is it for the week. I won't be back on til Monday morning but I don't think we usually check in on the weekends. I know that is bad but I just don't get on the computer at home since I am on one all day at work. So hope everyone has a great weekend, and I will talk to you Monday.

I'm with you Rhonda, I'm on this computer all day at work, so I don't check in on the weekends. Tomorrow is KPC for me and Sunday is yoga and a rest day. Today I'm going over to Weight Watchers at lunch to check out their core program. I am determined to shed these 4-5 pounds. }(

Good Morning Ladies! Last night's workout was better. I only needed to do my upper body b/c I kind've did NOT BRING IT Wed. night. I did the upper body premix to HSTA I forgot how good this one is. Today's eats are:

Meal 1: 3 jumbo egg white omelet w/veggie patty + french vanilla coffee
Meal 2: cheese stick + apple + green tea
Meal 3: tuna fish sandwich + mixed veggies
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/chicken & mozzarella cheese
Meal 5: pork chops/brown rice/green beans

No wine tonight b/c hubby's not feeling well.;( I don't check in over the weekend either for the reasons both of you stated no time either. The only vice I seem to have is I like my wine & I'm going to drink it so will buy myself a bottle for Sat. night b/c hubby's supposed to go out w/friends. I usually 2 glasses anyway. well I couldn't get up this morning, so no workout for me today. ;( But I know I will survive, I just have to make sure, that I really gonna take the time to work out this weekend. x(

B - Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese, 1 Pumpkin Muffin

S - 2 hard-boiled eggs

L - Leftovers from yesterday (Quesadillas :9 )

S - Apple and Banana with peanut butter

D - we are going to Saltgrass, so I will have a Steak Salad :9 :9 :9

Well, I won't check in on the weekend either, so you all have a wonderful weekend with not too many temptations. x(

Good morning! Another here that doesn't get on the computer unless I have to over the weekends. Saturdays are my free days so it makes it easy, Sunday will be a bit tougher. Yesterday went well as far as both diet and exercise.

Today's eats are a bit redundant as I over-cooked and didn't want it to go to waste:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
White Turkey Chili BFL
Turkey meatloaf mashed potoates, EFL
Balance Go Mix on the way to therapy
White Turkey Chili BFL
CC, fruit

Cardio at lunch today!
