Looks like this thread is losing people, where has everyone been?

4:15 am Treadmoves training for speed

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus sprinkled with Feta cheese

S - HB egg, apple

L - buffalo burger

S - walnuts, cheese stick

D - taco salad

Good morning everyone! :)

I am back, sorry I didn't feel to good on Monday and didn't go to work, I went yesterday and I exercised in the morning, but I was tired all day.
Let's keep going this thread, it's a great inspiration for everybody.

4:45 am IMAX 2 first 5 intervals

S - Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese

B - Cottage Cheese with Apple

L - Salad with Ham and Cheese, Protein Shake

S - maybe nuts or a banana with peanut butter

D - mmh I got several choices for tonight, chili with cornbread or crisp bread with different cheeses and meat and mozarella and tomato, or quesadillos :9

Fruit for dessert

Hello,

5:30 am - Boot Camp, noon, 2 miles of interval running on treadmill

B - eggs, coffee
S - Myoplex Lite shake
L - salad with chicken, soup
S - Myoplex Lite shake
D - grilled pork chops, brown rice, green beans


Feeling fat today. I am tired of being stuck on this stupid plateau. Why oh, why are those last 5 pounds so stubborn! Arrgh.

Hello there!! I've noticed we've been losing people too. Hopefully everyone is doing great!

Yesterday was an ok day. I missed my meal 6 as I was stressed and arguing with hubby. How come something that seems so "important" at the moment seems so dumb the next morning after its been worked out??? :) Oh and I did get my LBWO in last night.

Anyway, today's eats:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
Extra lean turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Chicken, beans, tomatoes
Chicken, brown rice, veggies
Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes
CC fruit

Workout: Cardio at lunch and if I have time UBWO tonight after roadworking the dogs and cooking dinner.

Oh boy this afternoon has been bad. I have such a horrible chocolate craving - had a tootsie roll pop, 1 dove milk chocolate, 2 caramel kisses and I still want more. I have 30 minutes til I go home but the fat food is being way too tempting today. I have been so good for 3.5 weeks and what happens today I blow it. I am trying to do work but this craving is something else. Could my body be needing something???

I think if you are eating healthily (which you have) and you are having a craving, it IS your body trying to tell you something. If the cravings are that bad, give in a bit and satisfy them. It's not like it is going to put pounds on you.

No big deal.

Hi Rhonda! Looks like we started something. There's another thread being started called "the 3-month check-in". Ladies have been getting food ideas from us. That's such a nice compliment. Everybody pretty much knows already how & what I eat so that's why I had dropped out for a few days. This week hasn't been so good workout wise; too many things got in the way but tonight will be SJ&P (trying to get in cardio & weights at the same time). Anyway today's eats are (high carb day):

Meal 1: 2 multigrain waffles w/peanut butter + coffee
Meal 2: mini wheat bagel w/tuna salad + tea
Meal 3: tilapia/1/2 yam/mixed veggies
Meal 4: chicken/1/2 yam/mixed veggies + strawberries
Meal 5: protein shake w/banana

Rhonda: You eat really well but maybe if you had a large salad (more fiber) that usually diminishes the sweet cravings. I very rarely have "sweet" cravings anymore but when I do, I have one of my sons tootsie pop lollipops. Don't sweat it I think your doing GREAT!!

yeah, don't worry about it, it happens to everybody. I had low carb brownies yesterday :9 and they sure were yummy and I don't feel bad about it!

Just enjoy and tomorrow is another day
