Hi,

6 am cardio conditioning from KPC, lunchtime interval run. Missed my run (and lunch) yesterday because work was so busy. Determined to get it in today (especially since I overslept and could only do 1/2 of KPC x( )

B - coffee, blueberries and bananas
S - yogurt, apple
L - soup
S - Trioplex Bar
D - steak, baked potato

Morning! Today's a hospital visit day so lots of convenience foods again. But at least I'm staying on track.

Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
Extra lean turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
White Turkey Chili (BFL)
Lean steak, corn on the cob, 1/2 baked tater
Jerky, fruit
Balance Go Mix

Cardio at lunch today. I didn't get my LBWO in last night so hopefully tomorrow will work. My neck is killing me again so until I get PT, no workouts.
