1- mixed grains, cooked, with protein powder
2 - Protein bar, rice cakes
3- leftover chicken and veggies, maybe brown rice
4 - cottage cheese, apple
5 - marinated london broil, veggies, salad

Hi Ladies!

Tonight will have to pick up w/P90X Shoulders & Arms & ARX as I was not able to work out last night. Husband came home late from doctor's appointment & by the time dinner was finished (7:11) & got to clean up it was 8:00 already. Decided it was too late & rather than stress myself out I took a rest day.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: cereal & coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese & white tea
Meal 3: mexican turkey hash (recipe from Saving Dinner-its YUMMY) (leftovers) & strawberries
Meal 4: chicken salad w/feta cheese
Meal 5: marinated steak & green beans/carrots

Meal 1 - Protein Shake, Cracker with cheese
Meal 2 - Oatmeal with apple
Meal 3 - Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and chicken breast, protein
shake with banana, mango slices
Meal 4 - Cottage cheese with rice cake
Meal 5 - Protein Shake
Meal 6 - Lamb/Pork sausage with zaziki and green beans, grapes for
dessert
