Hard to believe it is Monday already, oh where does the weekends go???

4:05am SS Shape it Up

B - Genisoy protein bar
S - graham crackers
L - salad with chicken, apple
S - walnuts
D - not quite sure yet.

Hi Rhonda,
I noticed you've been doing Slim Series the past week. What I am kind of surprised about is you don't eat that much after doing SS. I'm STARVING ALL day after I do SS. If it works, then good for you. Hope all is well. Take care!:)

5:30 Leaner Legs

B - raisin toast, scrambled egg, coffee
S - cheese, wheat crackers, apple
L - tomato soup
S - yogurt, protein shake
D - lemon chicken, rice

Absolutely blew the weekend but back on track.

Hi guys, I am trying to clean up my eating so thought I'd jump in here.

Did PS SLA this am.

Meal 1 cooked Mixed grains (Millet, Quinoa, Oatmeal), blueberries, yogurt, flax seed all mixed together, also had some hard boiled egg whites
Meal 2 Protein bar, rice cakes
Meal 3 chicken breast, leftover veggies
Meal 4 Not sure, probably 1 cup cottage cheese and an apple
Meal 5 chicken breast, sweet potatoes, carrots and salad

Yep, doing slim series. I eat when I am hungry and it seems what I am eating fills me up. Don't get me wrong, when I sit down to eat, I am eating. Take last night we had steaks and they say only to eat a small portion, not me I eat practically the whole thing along with salad and some carb. Today I am not feeling all that well so I am eating when I feel hungry. My salads are usually huge at lunch along with protein.

There are also times where I eat stuff that I don't list, such as graham crackers, apple, pb on crackers. I just don't have time to come back to the forum during the day to update. Hope this clarifies a little.

Hi Ladies!

Tonight's workout is P90X Shoulders & Arms + ABX!

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese + coffee
Meal 2: vanilla ff yogurt w/protein powder + muesli + white tea
Meal 3: tilapia & mixed veggies + banana
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/chicken & feta cheese
Meal 5: lamb burger & green beans

Jen: I've noticed from your list that you've got some really good choices. Keep it up your bound to see some really good results.;-) Kathy:D
 
Ok, that is good to know. :) I was just amazed you looked like you didn't eat much by the list because SS especially the 78 minutes long one really makes me hungry all day and at night, too. I don't know why. When I do Cathe's stuff, I never get that hungry afterwards. Anyway, hope you have a great day!
