D - ?

Not many choices made for today. Lunch all depends on if we go out or not. If not, I did bring in a tortilla to fill with diced chicken and shredded LF cheese.

Wasn't feeling very energetic at 5:30 this morning so did CTX Kickbox.

Protein shake & porridge
cottage cheese
ham cob
almonds
steak and oven chips

6:00pm P90X Ab Ripper X

Good morning,

5:30am L&G. Tonight some type of ab work.

B - coffee, mixed berry muffin (I know, not very healthy, but quick)
S - protein shake, apple
L - soup, salad
S - cheese, banana
D - ?

Tomorrow is Boot Camp and then Sunday a rest day.

Friday! Yea! This thread has really been beneficial in keeping me on track!!

Today:
Italian Custard with Pears
Turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Chicken, brown rice, veggies, tomatoes
Italian Custard with Pears
Grilled steak, corn on the cob
Chocolate Yogurt with Banana

Workout: Cardio at lunch

Hi Ladies! I'm w/you Colleen. This keeps me on track too. Is the Italian Custard & Pears dish transportable? I'd like to make this recipe & bring it into work Colleen.

Today is a rest day for me. Yea!

Meals are:

Meal 1: cereal (too tired & too lazy to cook up anything) + coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: vegetarian chili + apple
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/shrimp & feta cheese
Meal 5: chicken stroganoff (recipe from Saving Dinner cookbook). This book is GREAT!

Saturday's workout will be P90X Chest/Back & ARX
Sunday's workout will be leg portion from MIS & legs from S&H.
