porridge & protein shake
cottage cheese
tuna salad
almonds
tuna steak w/green lentils
protein shake

Plan on doing a stretch tape this evening

B - hb egg, slice ww toast w/PB
S - soy crisps
L - shrimp scampi, asparagus
S - apple, piece of cheese
D - salmon, veggie, rice

Good morning,

5:30 am KPC
Taking this week off from running because my knee is sore.

B - protein shake, coffee
S - yogurt, apple
L - soup and salad
S - cheese, banana
D - roast beef, mashed potatoes, peas
S - tea, peanut butter toast

Not seeing any weight loss, but at least I'm not gaining. My, those last 5 pounds are stubborn little fellows. }(

Have a big one.

Hi Ladies!

Had a great workout last night w/P90X. Forgot how intense this is. Tonight doing cardio from Step It Strong (Keli Roberts) & doing cardio portions of SJ&P.

Today's meals are:

Meal 1: 2 multi-grain waffles w/peanut butter + coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: ? having lunch w/girlfriend so hopefully I can find something nutritious to eat on the menu.
Meal 4: nothing b/c of lunch w/girlfriend
Meal 5: chicken w/broccoli + fruit

Can't find my tape measure since we had workers over and I put it somewhere "safe", but my pants are so loose today :)

Eggbeaters, lean ham, mashed potatoes
Turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Chicken, mashed potatoes
Chicken, brown rice, tomatoes
Italian Custard with Pears
Homemade Protein bar
