5:30am - BC

porridge & protein shake
cottage cheese
tuna salad w/jacket potato
almonds
protein shake
veggie juice
butternut squash & sweet potato curry w/cauli
2 slices wholemeal bread

Morning everyone,

4am - SS mix it up

Yesterday wasn't the best day in eating. had a couple pieces of chocolate and some ice cream. Today is a new day and time to get under control again. I know I haven't been horrible but I would like to get away from the sweets (again) and only have them one day a week and that is if I need them : )

B - hb egg, piece whole wheat toast with PB

s - apple, cheese stick

l - chicken & cheese in a tortilla

s - nut/raisin mix

d - either salmon or shrimp

B - granola, blueberries, 1% milk, coffee
L - ?
S - protein shake, apple
D - chicken, with side of pasta, green beans
S - tea and toast with peanut butter

Yesterday's eating was so far off the charts it is disgusting (tiramisu at 10 pm was just one of the indulgences) x(

Back on track today, and to be honest, I feel like crap for eating all of that junk yesterday. Live and learn, eh?

On the bright side, the in-laws aren't coming to town so I can get back on track with my scheduled rotation as planned.

Good Morning Everyone!

Last night had to take my son to the library got home too late & had to cancel my workout.:-( I'll pick up where I left off which is doing P90X back/biceps & Ab Ripper X tonight definitely.

Today's a high carb day so this is my menu:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/peanut butter + coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese + white tea
Meal 3: shrimp stir fry + apple + V8 juice
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/hb egg & feta cheese
Meal 5: chicken + green beans + yams

Shopgirl: One day of eating off plan won't kill ya :) Just put it behind you and make today count!!!

Good thing I cooked last night because we had no power this morning since 6 am. I washed my hair with freezing cold bottled water....YIKES!
