Had a good weekend, eating and exercising as planned.

Here's today's menu:

8:00am - Imax2 (tough this morning) x(

Protein shake
porridge
cottage cheese
tuna salad & cannellini beans
almonds
homemade meatballs & veggies
protein shake
veggie juice

The weekend was horrible but hopefully back on track today.

4am - SS shape it up

B - piece of wheat toast w/ PB, HB egg

S - cheese stick

L - chicken & cheese wrapped in a tortilla with some salsa sauce

S - walnuts

D - spaghetti and meatballs (EFL) and veggie

Good morning,

Tough week ahead with the in-laws coming to stay on Thursday on through the weekend. It's really going to screw up my workouts. x(

6 am - CTX Kickbox

B - raisin toast, scrambled egg, coffee
S - myoplex lite shake, small slice of pumpkin bread
L - soup and turkey sandwich on wheat
S - yogurt, apple, cheese
D - soup and sandwich
S - tea and peanut butter toast

Stuck on a plateau. Very frustrated.

Hi Ladies! Had a cooking frenzy this weekend; it was good though. Workouts went well too. Today I'll be doing Terri Reeves's kickboxing & plyo CIA workout. Its one of my favorites!

Today's eats are:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/peanut butter & coffee
Meal 2: yogurt w/mandarin oranges & white tea
Meal 3: vegetarian chili & strawberries
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/shrimp & feta cheese
Meal 5: scallops & green beans (I'll eat this AFTER my cardio)

Hello! For me, the weekend was ok. Had some family issues with my dad and landlord from hell to deal with but I managed to stay on track. The one thing I didn't do was cook last night tho.

Today's eats:
Italian Custard with Pears (recipe from a lady at the yahoogroups bfl list with ricotta, yogurt, pears, oatmeal and protein powder)
Turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Turkey, black beans, corn, salsa
Smart Ones Parmeson Chicken low carb plus corn
Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes or Chicken & Rice
Chocolate Yogurt Banana
