Healthy Eating 10/14/04

Hi Kathy

Thanks for taking the time out to try and get me past this plateau.

I'm 35 and weigh 138-140lbs (want to get to 126) and 5ft 4in tall.
Not sure about body fat % - but from estimates, it's been around 30% (which I think is quite high) but I do have a 'covering'!

Exercise: Interval runs x2/week (running for 2 mins/walking 1min) for 40 mins
Weights x3/week (45mins-1hr) - Cathe
Cardio x3/week - Cathe

Have been eating around 1500 cals on low days then every 4th day going to 2000cals.

I know I'm an endomorph (if that helps).

I would be sooooo greatful if your suggestions made in dint in this excess weight!!!
