Here's todays menu...

5:30am - Step Blast

Protein shake
Porridge
Cottage cheese
Chicken salad with rice
Almonds (x12)
Oriental turkey with stirfry veg & spinach
Fresh vegetable juice
2 litres water & herbal tea

6:00pm - P90X Ab Ripper X

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus, coucous

S - cheese stick

L - salad

S - walnuts

D - leftover roast, salad, veggie

Hoping to do a yoga/stretch tape when I get home tonight.

I hope you all had a good weekend.

4:30 am ME (skip half of the abs, because I ran out of time)

B - Protein Shake, Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese

S - Cottage Cheese with an apple

L - Salad with tomatoes and turkey breast, Protein shake

S - maybe nuts or banana with peanut butter

D - leftovers, whole wheat pasta with chicken breast

Fruit for dessert

B - granola with blueberries and 1% milk, coffee
S - cottage cheese and apple
L - soup
S - Myoplex lite shake and peanuts
D - steak, potatoes, peas

Oops, I forgot, no fruit for dessert for me. I'll have sugar free strawberry short cake for dessert tonight. My husband loves it and I so I have to have it too x( .

Hello Everybody! Had a good weekend & hope everybody else did too.

My eats for today are:

Meal 1: cereal (found one that has 10g protein & 10g fiber but down side is 11g sugar) oh well ate it anyway w/blueberries + french vanilla coffee
Meal 2: mini whole wheat bagel w/whipped cream cheese + organic white tea
Meal 3: tilapia/mixed veggies/strawberries
Meal 4: mixed green salad w/chicken & feta cheese. If I'm still hungry I made some corn bread yesterday so I'll have a slice of that.
Meal 5: apple turkey burgers w/green beans

Today's workout is: KPC

I didn't plan very well last night. I thought I had one more meal cooked but I'll make things work anyway:

Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole EFL
Turkey bacon, string cheese, oatmeal
Smart Ones Low Carb Paremesan Chicken, 1/2 can corn
Turkey bacon, string cheese, WW bread
Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes
CC, fruit

Workout: Cardio at lunch, LBWO tonight while DH studies
