Morning everyone,

Here it is Friday and I am ready for the weekend.

4:15am - gliding cardio blast and gliding legs/buns floor only.

B - scrambled eggs w/ potatoes
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - pizza
S - BFL bar
D - salad with chicken

Hope everyone has a nice weekend. For all the new people on this thread I don't visit on the weekend but if anyone wants to do a thread please feel free to start one, otherwise it will be Monday when I am back.

Good morning. I'm glad that it is Friday too!

B: ham, whole wheat tst, coffee & water
S: protein shake and an orange
L: salad (spinach, grilled chicken, garbanzo beans & other veggies), ff raspberry vinegrette dressing
S: BFL bar
D: ??? probably chicken of some sort
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff yogurt.

Today is cardio. Going to do the step pre-mix from C&W + 30 min on the elliptical and abs from MIS.

6 am - C&W - cardio premix

B - egg, coffee
S - yogurt, cheese
L - turkey, BFL bar
S - yogurt, nuts
D - ravioli, meatballs
S - protein shake

Blew it last night and had 2 slices of pizza for dinner. I was tooo tired to cook. Oh well, tomorrow is IMAX2, that should be punishment enough. ;)

7:00 a.m. Pyramid Upper Body

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, cinnamon, Splenda ½ banana, slice of mango
L – Out for lunch – probably salad
D – Large spinach salad, 1 glass red wine
S – Almonds and dried fruit
 
well i went grocery shopping last night and stocked up on lots of fruits and veggies. Time to drop these holiday pounds! :7

S - prunes, coffee
B - egg whites, lf cheese, eng muffin, V8
L - red pepper, spinach, and cucumber sandwich on WW bread with lf cheese
S - Vegetables in light scechzuan (sp?) sauce
D - Mango protein shake w/ flax

Workout: Legs and Glutes
 
I LOVE FRIDAYS!!!

B-scrambled egg and morningstar bfast patty w/coffee
S-ff yogurt w/splenda and sf strawberry preserves
L-tossed salad w/leftover baked tilapia and vinegarette
S-celery sticks w/hummus
D-grilled shrimp, steamed broccoli, and tossed salad
(sf fudgsicle for dessert;-) )

Edited to say: 30 mins on treadmill and legs and glutes this afternoon!!!1

Well I didn't fix my stew yesterday; so I might try that today;
however, here is the plan:

B 2 eggos w/ Pnut-butter and cranberry juice
S orange
L Lean Cuisine pizza W/coke
S yogurt
D hopefully stew

Here is my menu for the day:

B- Oatmeal w/ choc. protein, BLECH! LOL, I use Designer Whey.
S - Cottage Cheese & Apple
L - Chicken, brown rice & green beans
S- BFL bar I think
D- Salad w/ chicken, not sure on carb yet
S - Might be BFL bar again

Water intake is going very well.

I might have hubby stop by the store to see if I will like the BFL bars. What flavor is your favorite ?

I just liked your comment on your whey and thought I'd share my favorite way to incororate it.

6 oz. skim milk
1/3 cup nonfat plain yougurt
1 packet Splenda
6 ice cubes
1 scoop whey protein (I use American Whey double dutch chocolate)
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal (Use the long cooking kind- not the instant)
1-2 TBSP natural peanut butter

throw it all together in a blender and blend on high for 45 seconds. Minimal sugar - and what is there is natural, not added, lots of protein and fiber. Delicious. And it's a great way to replenish after a workout.:9
