Morning everyone,

4:00am PUB (going up only)

B - scrambled eggs w/mushrooms and a dash of parmesan cheese
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - leftover pizza (yes we ordered pizza last night because we were too tired to cook after driving for almost 2 hours to get home wonderful snow storm)
S - BFL nutrition bar (for the ones that eat these which is your favorite, mine is the cookies and cream)
D - venison, veggie, potatoes

Hope everyone is having a good morning. I had to cut PUB because we had to leave the house early to get to work due to the snowstorm.

Good morning!!! I also had to leave early to get to work today. We have sleet/ice/snow. YUCK!!!!!

Today I'm doing lower body today. I'll use some of the machines at the gym today and then I'm thinking PLB tonight.

B: ham, 2 pc dry whole wheat toast, coffee
S: ff cottage cheese and an orange
L: baked chicken breast w/mushrooms & green onions, spinach and an orange
S: BFL french vanilla shake
D: crock pot roast beef w/1 potato and carrots, water
S: ham and oatmeal w/splenda & cinnamon

Rhonda, I just started eating the BFL bars and so far I like the double choc - I have cookies and cream that I haven't tried yet. I'll have to try that one tomorrow. :)

5:30 am - PUB, minus ball, but substituted CTX LL abs instead.

B - scrambled egg, wheat waffle, coffee
S - protein shake, orange
L - turkey sandwich on wheat, banana
S - yogurt, cheese
D - ?
S - BFL bar (peanut butter or chocolate and carmel :9 )

Wow - you girls sound like you are getting some serious snow. We just have drizzly rain.

This diet thing is just killing me...was in too big of a hurry this morning to make a snack or get dinner started!

B egg w/ toast (no butter)

D vegetable stew (if i can get it cooked!)
 
Good morning everyone!

Well i just got back from New Orleans for the Sugar bowl last night, and needless to say my eating was atrocious while i was there. I don't think i even SAW a vegetable. (unless you count the jalapenos on my Nachos)x( x(

ANYWAY... I have one last holiday party coming up in 2 weeks and want to look my best. So I'll be here every day until then to keep myself motivated!

Enough rambling...

B - prunes, coffee
L - Egg white,broccoli, mushroom, and brown rice quiche
S - Mango protein shake
D - ?? need to go to the grocery store!
 
Today I think I might actually have the energy to get my workout done!! Hopefully my sugar withdrawals are over!! I'm in Arkansas--no sleet or snow, just lots of rain here. We got our share of the ice over the Christmas week.

B-scrambled egg white, morningstar bfast patty, coffee
S-ff plain yogurt sweetened w/splenda
L-tossed salad w/tofu and vinegarette and sf jello
S-celery sticks w/natural peanut butter
D-baked ginger tilapia w/roasted eggplant and peppers & broiled tomato
(skim ricotta mixed w/ff plain yogurt and vanilla for dessert :) )

Yes, the weather is nasty in Central New York today. Good day to stay put.

7:00 a.m. Legs and Glutes - this is a new DVD for me. I couldn't do all of it. Some of it seemed really tough. I didn't think it would be because I don't have much trouble with PLB.

B – FF yogurt mixed with flaxseed meal, cinnamon, Splenda and a pear
L – Lima beans, sweet potato with Salsa, brussel sprouts, mango, ½ banana, walnuts
D – Large salad, 1 glass red wine
S – Almonds and dried figs

Hey, yesterday I did SJP, today will probably be KPC.

B- oatmeal W/ ff cottage cheese and sugar free syrup
L- chicken W/ green beans
S- EAS coffee house shake
D- I'm really not sure yet, I ahve to go chekc and see what we have.
