Hi everyone,

4:10am Bootcamp. Would like to go home and do some gliding (lower body workout) and stretching

B - english muffin w/neufachetzel (I know I spelled that wrong) cheese, and cottage cheese
S - cheese, lf triscuits
L - fettucine alfredo (from cooking light) w/crab
S - BFL bar
D - salmon, salad, coucous or noodles (depends on what hubby would like since I probably won't eat them)

B – Steel cut oatmeal with dried cranberries and apricots and half a banana
L – Vegetarian chili, spinach salad
D – Steamed vegetables, 1 glass white wine
S – Dried fruit, almonds

L - tuna on wheat, apple, cheese
S - yogurt, nuts
D - pork tenderloin, vegies
S - BFL bar

Rhonda that alfredo sounds delicious, would love the receipe if you ever have time to post it.

B--scrambled egg whites, 2 morningstar bfast links, coffee
s--raw celery w/natural pb
l--tossed salad w/vinaigerette and grilled tuna, sf jello cup
s--raw broccoli w/hummus
d--stir-fried tofu, steamed broccoli, mashed turnips, tossed salad
(ff yogurt w/splenda for dessert:9 )

If I remember I will try to bring it to work with me and post it. It is fairly easy. Of course it is anything like the fattening stuff in restaurants but hubby enjoys it to that is a plus.
