He also added a comment to his user profile that gave an explanation & link about why he left so that also makes it seem like he's really serious. I'm hoping it's more like what Michele said above... "the straw that broke the camel's back" theory. All of us need a break from time to time so I hope he'll come back after he sleeps on it. I would miss him if he were gone for good...

Awwwwww, Dave. Please come back. Don't be like that. We women live with "All men are created equal" and a million and a half other indignities and we get past it. In truth, in general, women need more empowering than men do. In New York city we have a "Women's Bar Association" that has many male members. We need a bar association that deals with the particular issues facing women in the profession, but it's not exclusive, and the male members have excellent input.

So, c'mon back!

i just think its "straw that broke the camels back" personally. it might not that he was THAT sensitive to the comment made, but many many other ones made from others posters. its okay we still have jerry. i will miss dave's insight but maybe jerry has alot to share too. jerry you are one of the new token males !!!!
