HCE and risers needed

Hello all!
I was wondering about this dvd. I was going to buy it a while back and due to mixed reviews due to transitions between step height, I bought the terminator instead (which I LOVE). I have the original step, high step, and a total of 5 risers. How many more risers would I need to have both steps set up so that I could make this dvd more efficient? Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it!

Today, I did HCE for the first time. Combo #2. I only used one set of risers throughout the routine. I'm about 5'2" and my legs are short.
Combo #1 is alot different than 2 just like 3 is. Look at the premix breakdown under HCE to determine what works best for you.

It was a great purchase for me, I made last week. I have most of Cathe's workouts. I switched from CTX to HCE on my original order and glad I did.

After HCE #2, I finished off with CM #3 so I got my challenge and my workout.

Personally, I consider HCE tougher than Cardio Fusion (compilation of the 06 series).

Well, I'm not really tall (5'5) so I think I can just do a 6 inch platform for the low max segments. I'm sure I will still get in a good workout. I'll buy one more riser so I can have my high step set up along with the traditional. One last question. Is the cardio included from high step challenge on the first premix? :7

Yes, it is. #2 is mainly LM, IMAX 3, and Kickmax.

If you own the tradional bigger step, shown in Cathe's workouts, you can buy the topper and have an actual high step. I did that and saved myself alot.
