HC Extreme?

Does this have 2 cardios and one circuit? It seems all I own are Cathe circuit workouts, and I'm looking for more cardio.

Do you like and use your HC Extreme?
 
HCE has two very tough cardio workouts, I did the hi/lo which is a mix of Lo max and Imax 3 and it ends up with the KM blast, this one is a calorie killer for sure, 73 minutes long. The other cardio is a mix of Imax 3 and KM blast and it ends with KM leg drills. For more specifics go to the DVD and click on HCE lear more and it will give you the break down of each workout.
 
Does it flow okay? Some of the premixes I have from HC series don't, which is why I ask. Seems like this DVD is just a giant premix, from a bunch of workouts! ;) Thanks.
 
I love HC Extreme. IMAX3 is a tough workout, so pairing it with Low Max makes it more doable (however adding the KM blasts at the end does up the energy level!). And when I want a heart raiser - IMAX3 with the KM blasts - wow!

Plus, all of the IMAX3 intervals are on it, so if you have a programmable DVD, you have IMAX3 as well.
 
I have done the hi/low intervals HE workout three times and I am agree with Christine , pairing IMAX 3 with Low Max makes it more doable.Anyway the KM blast challenge is a killer(hammer punch/jump-kick to the side,zig-zag jump rope,you start the BC with jacks (front/side/back/side/front),shuffle with a jab (single and double-time), airborne jumps and tucks, jogging in place, pulse-plies into plie jacks, power kicks, hammer smash lunges into front snap kicks (I love them), power lunges, tuck jump down to three hops and then back into a tuck jump, tuck jumps..).I have not tried the other HE workouts.

Thanks to all of you who participated in this thread. Somehow I never tried my HC Exteme DVD. Because of reading this thread I tried it this morning and LOVED IT! I did the Imax3 / Kickmax combo. It was awesome. I've been so bored and it really got me going today. THANK YOU !
