I have always had a hard time cramming everything into a week long rotation and I wondered if anyone has heard of a 10 day rotation where you take every 5th day off. I want to do one body part per day for strength but also want to do some circuit and total body for weight training. I was thinking of doing something like this:
Day 1: Cardio and Chest
Day 2: Cardio and Back
Day 3: Intervals
Day 4: Total Body and Abs
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Cardio and Shoulders
Day 7: Cardio and Biceps
Day 8: Cardio and Triceps
Day 9: Circuits and Abs
Day 10: Off
Any thoughts?
