Have you guys checked out

Well, I decided to give it a shot. I decided to start with BC to see if I'd survive. That day (tues, week 2) seemed the toughest so that's were I started. I survived, wanted to give up a couple of times, had to take a potty break twice, but made it. I had to skip the last circuit the second time around because DD got up from her nap though. If I am still physically able tomorrow and am up for it, I'm going to continue on with it. It's only four weeks, right?;-) :D

WOW, as much as I hear the other posters talk about how "they did BC all the way through" , you have got to be proud of yourself for doing it twice. Does it matter if you cut into a rotation like that? (not start at the beginning)?

I am planning on starting this in September, when the kids are back in school and it's easier to get the time to workout. I'm almost embarassed to say that I've NEVER done BC, and a few of the others listed (and I've had them since they were first produced) so I have to get them under my belt at least once, before attempting to do anything twice in the same day!

Good luck to anyone who starts tomorrow!!!:)

You shouldn't be embarassed to say you have never done BC. I have not done it either, but yet am nowhere near ready for it.:) But I will work up to it. I'm very interested to see how fellow posters do w/ this rotation.

I'm not sure if it matters. I just decided to try it because I was reading that a lot of people said it was impossible to do (not necessarily here; I can't remember where I read it). If it was doable, then I would try the rest.

I remember before I tried BC for the first time I thought there is no way I could do it but I decided to give it a shot. I discovered that it was not as bad as I thought and that I had conditioned my body by doing other Cathe workouts so that made BC doable. Does that make sense? You might try it and be surprised.

BTW, about an hour after double BC, my arms were like jelly. Holding my 18 m/o daughter was a bit of a challenge and I fell asleep last night almost in an instant but I'm feeling okay today. My obliques are feeling it today for some reason; maybe all the plank/oblique/core work from BC is to blame. But, my arms are fine.
:)
