I don't know why, but today I totally didn't feel like eating my afternoon snack. This isn't the first time this has happened either.
I go through the morning looking forward to my first snack and then lunch, but 2-3 hours later, when it's time to eat my yogurt and berries, I'm like "I couldn't eat another bite." And all I had for lunch was a glass of skim milk, half a PB&J on wheat and a salad. I ate the yogurt anyway, but I feel like "bleah...I have to unbutton my pants."
Speaking of salads...if you don't have one of these bowls, you've GOT to get one. I have 2. They're awesome for taking your lunch to work.
