Have conquered Butts and Gutts

I can't beleive I can finally make it through this workout, and it feels easy!!! I think I am going to have to increase my barbell weight, or maybe try the killer pre-mix everyone has talked about. This workout really pained me when I started it. I kept saying "Is she kidding me"!!! I have been doing it at least once a week since May, and I have conquered it!!! I think I may replace with it with Pyramid Lower Body for awhile. I remember that one being tough, but alittle annoying with all the weight changing. Any suggestions? Alicia
