I have used that computer program to track my progress for a week, it is an excellent program. I am on Weight Watchers, and stay under/on my points everyday....but I have been tracking my food for a week, and I am shocked that 50% of my calories are coming from fat, 42%from carbs, and only 8% from protein!
I am not meeting any of my nutrional requirements as far as vitamins.
I was really surprised that even though I am following all my points, and losing weight (slow) that my fat intake is SO HIGH..and Protein SO LOW! I dont like any vegtables or fruit (it's a mental thing). I dont eat any meat except hamburger and chicken. I just usually dont have much money to buy lots of chicken....so I only eat it a couple times a week. I really need to change my diet....but I dont like anything that is healthy. I have been like this since I was little. To give you an idea of how strange I am....I would compare eating vegtables to some of that stuff they eat on fear factor! I know it is a really strange mental hang up, I dont understand why I am like this...and always have been.
My dad once offered me $100 to eat a salad....and I tried to make myself do it, and could not bring myself to eat it! Maybe I need to call Dr. Phil! Maybe Hypnosis?
