Have any of you been to a Sandals resort?

I am going to throw my 2 cents in here, I used to be a travel agent.

IMO, Sandals is verrrry pricey, and kind of "plastic" in atmosphere. Do I think you really get what you pay for? No. There are so many other fantastic resorts and destinations out there that I think are more worthwhile. The Playa Del Carmen Hideaway being an excellent recommendation. I think it would be worth your while to really do some investigative work ( ie Fodors, etc..) and I think you will be pleasantly surprised as to other honeymoon options that are out there, and just as "stress-free" as the Sandals options.

Mikie, pacesetter??ugh! That is the worst! we call that the pacemaker! Stephanie Lampson as in Nick Lampson's daughter that married Ryan Gertz? I know Ryan, not her. I don't know any girls form Kelly HS but i know alot of the guys.

Yes, Stephanie and Ryan...I was in their wedding and she was in mine!

I've been seeing them all the time lately because I was married in May and we've had two other weddings since then and another one next June. I guess we're at that age!

We're all heartbroken that Nick didn't get re-elected but I know he'll find new opportunities.

How weird! yea, we voted for Nick, but oh well.... i have checked fodors.com and now i am completely overwhelmed! there are too many places!! wherever we go it has to be "kid free" and relaxing.
