Yeah, I only buy cereal every couple months, then I make sure it's a healthy kind but most of the time I avoid buying it too, for some reason it's a trigger food for me.

Oh boy, I so can't keep up. I feel like I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown over here.
My dog has the runs. I had a very disgusting episode tonight, and yesterday he left a mess all over my puzzle mats. Oh joy. So now I'm all worried that our dog food is bad but it's not on the recall list and it's dry food and the other dog is fine.

For those who asked, Sophie was just diagnosed with ADD, so we are seeing a pediatric specialist regularly to figure out treatment, etc. I feel like I'm doing a poor job as a parent because I can't make it better. And I'm having health issues and I'm trying to start my own business and I feel overwhelmed and like I can't cope right now.

Too often we are overwhelmed when the quantity of things pile up. so break them down and just try and deal with one thing in your mind at a time..
Yes, eye surgery but nothing wrong just lasik which is hopefully going to get rid of my glasses
you know i hope i didnt do something stupid but sometimes i get so annoyed at doctors, I dont particularly like the medical industry
I feel they are all about making money and watching out for their asses so you dont sue
so im paying 1800 for this procedure, the doc tells me to get eye drops that are anti biotic, and give me a prescription
Bad me, i forgot to do it Monday so did it Tuesday and by the time it was open and i could pick them up it was this afternoon
meaning i could take the drops twice today and once tomorrow morning . I get there and she asks if i have insurance, I say no.,. she shakes her head and says this is $69
well i just said What!!! No way
so im hoping all will be fine but that pissed me off $1800 and they cant give you a sample of small eye drops to be taken for 2 days???

Sorry I couldn't make it back like I thought I would last night. I ended up getting home close to 4am http://www.smileyhut.com/sleep/yawn.gif and now I'm getting ready to leave again.
Yestreday, it SNOWED. Just a teeeeeeny weeny bit, but it SNOWED. What on earth is going on around the world? And yes, I have my heater on. However, thankfully, the weird throat thing has not developed into anything funky.
Okay, I've got to skedaddle. This month is a super busy one so forgive me if I'm in and out.

DONE!! I did the chest/triceps superset premix and I LOVE that one! There was only one set of push ups }( . I went up and down the steps for the bonus cardio. I wasn't up for the jacks and it was pretty late by the time I finished.

Mariah, oh my, you really need that prescription. It's to prevent an infection. I don't know much about the procedure you're having, but it's usually best to start antibiotics beforehand. I've had 2 eye surgeries and I had to start drops the day before, too. You better mention to your doctor that you didn't get the drops. And I would ask if they can give you a sample, but it may not be enough for the duration that you need it because samples are sometimes very small -- just enough to get you started. Good luck tomorrow and let us know what happens. :*

I've just been lurking around for the past few days. I can't even remember the last time I posted, but I have been trying to keep up with all the goings on.
I see that we are a little light on postings for the last few days - that nasty bug is sure making the rounds! My DH woke up on Monday morning with fevers and chills. He made it home, but he was in rough shape that night - his fever spiked up to almost 104! He slept most of the next day and is feeling better today, but still really weak. I'm just glad he was able to be at home when he was sick instead of up north, alone in a hotel room.

You are doing a great job of keeping the thread going! I hope your eye surgery goes smoothly. I would really like to get lasik, however I am creeped out by the thought of staring at someone while they worked on my eye. I will probably have it done some day when I build up the courage. PLEASE tell me how it goes.

From your posts I would say that you are doing a terrific job as a parent. You set an incredible example with all that you are trying to accomplish. ADD is not in your control, AND you are doing everything you can to help Sophie with this challenge.
I hope that your health issues can be solved and that you puppy is feeling better. There is just a little too much on your plate right now and you have every right to feel overwhelmed.
