HATE - Mar 13

Thanks Robin, I am probably not a real size 6 - I think sometimes the clothing people are trying to trick us to get us to buy more. Also, I am pretty much shaped like a piece of pizza (mmmmmm, pizza), so I tend to be a LOT smaller on my bottom half. My DH took some pictures of me from behind and I looked like a boy with big shoulders and a small bum :( LOL.

I don't know where Metaline Falls is, but I am off to mapquest....

I was wondering what you do (at work) where you get such odd days off?

Wow is all I have to say about how chatty you guys were today! I don't have time to REALLY read everything real good so going to skim the days news & I am sure I will miss a ton so I apologize in advance.

August- Glad you had a PJ day today & as equally excited that you can have the Nintendo fixed, YIPPEE!! Can you believe it was 79 here today? Of course by this weekend the highs are in the upper 40s again so not getting too excited.

Michele- Did the medicine help your headache last night? Oh no what is wrong with kitty? Nice donut story, LMAO! Anyway, I am almost to the end of the posts & don't see any "real" update on kitty except you think he is acting better. You are welcome for the recipe, they were SO YUMO! When are you going to Italy?

Shelley- Your last night is going to be my tonight, bed by 8 or 8:30, I was so tired this morning I almost didn't get out of bed! Two cats woke me up about 4 AM, not my cats now, this was 2 cats outside on my back deck fighting. I had to get up & go to the kitchen door & bang on it to make them leave. When I left for work this morning you should've seen all the cat hair on the deck...ugh! You are NOT an idiot - you & Dana have to stop being so hard on yourselves... PLEASE, for me? I am trying to, I know it is easier said than done.

Becky- WELCOME!!! You have a cat, you fit right in here, a lot of us have cats, I have 2- Storm & Sport. I had a siamiese/himalayan "child" for 10 years, she left me about 3 years ago & I still miss her, sob/cry/sob. Do you have a picture of Cleo? I will have to check your pics to see. Ohio gal I see, I am in Illinois. I do hate cardio but do it b/c otherwise I'd be huge, I don't mind working legs though. I keep two windows open, one that I scroll through the posts & then flip to the other & type, only way I can do it.

Deb- You aren't helping my case in trying to get August to STAY AWAY FROM THE DONUTS!!!! :) You are welcome for the recipe too, you must try them, so good!

Robin- Did you finish your project with the bookcase? I am happy to see you are excited for your trip this weekend now that you can all be together. Be safe & have a blast! It sounds like a really fun time, enjoy your time with the family! Coming back to say I see you did finish w/ the bookcase just needs a 2nd coat of paint, task almost complete!

Dana- As I said earlier, you are welcome & I am so glad you like Powerstrike! Isn't Ilaria ripped, holy cow! I wish I could look like that, maybe if I didn't eat for a year & still worked out every day! Sounds like the boys were being boys last night & enjoying themselves, it is good you can let them do that, kids need to get dirty & stuff! Also congrats on the not eating sweets, you have more of a willpower than me girl! That is awesome about your DH starting to care more about being healthy, it always makes it easier when the whole family is on the same page. YES, he is going to drop it MUCH quicker but don't let that get you down, use it as incentive to have ONE BIG HEALTHY & HAPPY FAMILY!

Terri- My thought exactly, holy buckets! So, how was the appoitment with the attorney? I am going to e-mail you next, it'll be quick but I want to know about the attorney...e-mail me at work tomorrow if you don't e-mail me here tonight or if it's after like 8 b/c I am going to be EARLY!

Arista- Sounds like you have already set the mood & have things rolling! ICE CREAM CAKE...oh, that sounds so good! I don't blame you for waiting until you are home, especially if he is a private person, that is very respectful. You must post though as soon as you know, I am going to bed early but the computer will be a stop I make in the morning before leaving for work...so I expect to be able to know by 7AM CST! :) Oh, and I love the ring!

Diane- How are you today?

Corrie- Don't let me make you feel guilty for not working out, I haven't been eating NEAR as healthy as what I normally do & the fat on my butt & thighs from the unhealthy food is forcing me to work out before summer is here. Glad you had a great weekend with your DH-your girls are adorable by the way, I checked out your picture trail pics, way to get them started young working out with Cathe!

Mariah- That recipe sounds good, check out my post from earlier for the BLT recipe, they are really good! WOW, a boy & a girl- LOVE the names too, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!! :)

Heather & Kara & MSY & anyone else I missed...I hope not but I can't remember what I just typed! Hope your day was wonderful!

Now I am starving & going to find food!

Oh, my goodness!! I can't wait to read August's cliff notes version of today's posts...:)

Please forgive me if I don't do personals today...there are so many of them!

But I did see that we have a new member - Becky! Welcome!Include me in the list of Low End haters. Come to think of it, you can add plyo anything to that list as well.

Arista: What's the secret to a long plant relationship? My plants always end the relationships first; they prefer a nurturing environment where I'm more like, "can't you take care of yourself?" kind of gal. My left knee has started clicking when I do lunges and squats - is that a bad sign?

Shelley: the bracelet is beautiful and oh so lovely. YES, you may need your head examined...like Michelle said, it's classic and timeless, just what a piece of jewerly from Tiffany's should stand for. So, when's your b-day?

Dana: Legs feel pretty good from KPC and B&G. Inner thighs are the sorest. I haven't tried Amy's All Pump Extreme. Is it weight-lifting? She's a pretty good instructor for the most part. I love Powerstrike as well, thanks to Jen. Great workout!

Jen: that recipe looks very tasty...You are queen of the workouts in my book - good, golly girl!

Michele: what is a "damily" - like darn family?

Arista: <Holy posts, Batman> LOL! that's the funniest thing I've read all day long...I'm hoping that all goes well with you and Ryan tonight!!

Corrie: I started with Kathy Smith several years ago and thought she was a great instructor. Cathe is very advanced but KS is great for beginners to intermediate. And a 6 is a 6 is a 6 - way to go!

Deb: the steel-cut oats recipe is simple. 3 cups of water, bring to a boil. Add 1 cup dry oats. Cover and let simmer about 10-20 minutes, stirring occassionally. Then I add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, a dash of brown sugar, a sprinkle of cinnamon and usually fruit like strawberries or blueberries. I have it most mornings.

Mariah: congralutions on the Twins - your family is growing quickly!

Attorney meeting went pretty well this morning. I'm going ahead with protecting the company name, both on state and federal levels (trademarks). Then, the attorney will write a short letter to the other company asking them to stop. Then we'll have to see how she responds.

This a.m., it was LIC, the upper body circuits premix. It was a lot of fun! Thankfully, tomorrow is an off day which is good because I feel so tired lately. I don't think I'm eating enough clean calories. 1600-1700 may be too low for 2-a-days.

I hope I didn't miss anyone in this massive thread...please forgive if I have,

BBL, but I'll just be lurking...
