Morning!
I decided to weigh and see how much spinach I'm putting in my smoothies. The grand total.........drum roll....................2 cups! I'm thrilled! Something about the thought that I'm drinking down a decent salad while enjoying my soft-serve is just plain out thrilling!
Anyway, I did my Christi Humble Beginnings 9801 plus the abs from C&W minus the planky schmanks. That 9801 is a major exercise for the brain. I think I probably have my mouth inadvertently open throughout the whole thing.
Dana - How's Gannon doing? You must thank him for helping you escape Roquefort Island. I never take medicine and always just ride a cold out - though I don't know how fun it would be to ride an infection out. I'm not familiar with RSV. I hope he feels better soon. Urgh, that sucks about throwing away the insurance card. Why on earth do they give it back to you in the paper bag?!...Dana. Two cups. Of spinach. In my smoothies. And I don't taste it at all! Two cups!
>Here is a funny story for you.
That....that was a funny story?! OMG, Dana, the way you started out the story totally cracked me up!! LMAO!
Michele - What's Bar Method? You haven't heard about this? You, the woman who owns so many workouts (not necessarily doing them LOL)! It's a calisthenics workout that lots of people rave about - it's a lot of tiny, repetitive movements. The best part about it for me is that during about 75% of it, I can play Nintendo at the same time. Like Diane mentioned, it's supposed to be good for lifting the buttooty, and when I was doing them regularly, I did notice a lift. Unfortunately, like Diane also mentioned, they're too dull to do regularly for a long period of time...40 pills with liquid concoction?! That ought to make you feel..full! Have fun at your test! LOL.
>I'm sipping a warm mug of chicken bouillon.
>I wish it were a chicken sandwich.
LMAO.
Diane - Wow, that chili actually sounds like something I might be able to make! If I could find soy crumbles, that is. 60 GRAMS OF PROTEIN?! That's a lot for one serving!
Robin - I never thought of it that way - that Mr. Choco Raisin would be doing lots and lots of cardio! I like that thought much better than one of his slovenly self just waiting to get it on with any ol' dust bunny that comes his way...That's great that your coughing seems to be finished.
Arista - Yay! Gandalf is home! It must be nice to have him back...Hey, seasonal holidays or whatever small setback, you accomplished losing 9 pounds! That's awesome! The 4 and whatever rest you plan to lose will be a thing of the past soon enough!
Janjan - Hey you, travel woman! Score up those points!
Jen - Don't freak me out with the raisin legs! LMAO!...I have to say that there is something whimsical about the "diet" in Kahlua Diet Hot Cocoa...Your kitties sound so dang cute.
Okay, I'm off. Have a good one!
