Morn, morn!
It is sooooo time for it to get warmer here. SO TIME
! There was a spurt of about two warm, balmy days and I got all excited. If I'd been a little less busy, I'd have put away all my winter clothing and got out my summer stuff! Lucky for me that didn't happen, because it's practically colder now than it was all winter, and I've been wearing my (cue echo effect) The Warm Outfit. I find that once it gets to a certain coldness I wear the same thing - the warmest dang thing I can put together.
And so now I must put on my (cue echo effect) The Warm Outfit and get ready to go to my workplace so I can take another good nap on the couch there
.
Can I just tell you about the sofa? I think it's the best sofa I've ever slept on. The sofa is made up of foot-long sections of sofa that are all zipped together so you can make it as long or as short as you'd like. I've heard it called a Snake Sofa, because when it's long enough, you can position it so that it slightly curls and twists so that it has vague "S" shapes. Somehow, because of these sections, your body is caressed in all the right places and...and.....zzzz...zzz....zzzzzzzzz.
Awesome sofa. I can't wait for my nap! Love my job.
I'm still feeling resistant to do my workouts, so I'm going to give myself the benefit of the doubt and go a little longer to refresh rather than to force myself and then have to run for President of Hatesville.
Oh, look, there I am, except for this emoticon isn't using his step for his foot rest.
Have a nice day everybody!
MSY - LOL about the twins. I asked my DP (darling plant) but he didn't have any ideas for me to pass on. Your DH and you could cry back at them and see how they like it?
>I love doctors too! Me, and the one I married
LMAO!
ARISTA - That's fantastic that you're doing great with your program. You're going to feel and look so great on your honeymoon! Not to mention how Ryan will feel hehehehh!.....Hey, good luck on your finals!
JEN - Glad the oil got changed and you had a good rest day!...I'm also the type to never go to the doctor, but three years is a long enough time, so you should think of it just as a checkup, and while you're at it, talk about your symptoms again.
MICHELE -
>I've never had children so I have no clue what to tell you. I know when my dogs were demanding I used to put them out in the back yard, but I don't guess you can do that -- LOL!
OMG, LMAO.
Right after I posted last night and got up to give Pedro some electricity juice, I decided I'd really better at least try to go to sleep, and sure enough, I did. So you can expect a nice sleep, don't you worry!
>I love doctors -- the one I go to -- and the one I married
Haha, lucky girl.
DIANE - What a bummer you can't take off student loans...
DEB - Hi there! How you doing? I love seafood and I'm joining you all in Maine! Come on, Michele, we'll get you to love it with us!
MARIAH - I remember what you remember about Jen and her having some painful days and promising to go to the doctor on Monday. I must be losing it, too. Oh yeah, I see that Jen addressed this. Good.
DANA - What's this about breakfast delivered to your door? Are you going there? I also missed the part about your DH getting a truck instead of a treadmill. WTH?! How on earth did that happen?!
TERRI - Hey, is all all right with your son? Why did he have to go to the doctor?...OMG, that's so great about getting below your sticking point! I won't talk about it too much though, don't want to jinx it...What's a, what's a DING DONG?! You are joking, ri, right? Ooh, Pinwheels, are those the marshmallow cookies?...Yeah, I guess if I thought about someone from the forum, I'd think of their avatar. Which means, for those who don't have an avatar, I wonder what would come to mind?
ROBIN - How wacky that Aunt Flo would run off for almost a year and then expect you to take her back no questions asked all at her convenience. Anyway, good for you for squeezing in that Drill Max. Yikes, you're up at 4:30am?!
CORRIE - Corrie, I was really moved and felt teary reading your post about your mom. I'm glad you took the time to write it. It reminds me to be really thankful about being able to have my mom live downstairs and reminds me to find more patience with her when we lock horns. The part about your mother climbing the stairs to get to you while you were giving birth - oh man, even just typing that out makes me teary.
But LMAO about Emili yelling "Mommy, be quiet!" That is awesome. LOL.
How good of you to push your mom to go see a doctor when she did. It sounds like it saved her life.
>Whoa - are we chatty or what!??!! I can't imagine what it would be like if we were all in the same room together LOL
LMAO! It better be a sound-proof room!
Well, so Aunt Flo is keeping you company while DH is out of town. At least you won't be lonely, heh. I wonder if Heather's Aunt Flo has come yet.
BRIEE - Hi, Brieeeee!
Later!
