HMF? I though it was "Hold more Fat", as in, "I'm more holding more fat in my midsection this month!"

Holy crap! I've gained another pound!

That's it, I'm doing Terri's rotation this month and join Spark whatever too. I agree though Terri, 1700 is too low for two Cathe workouts a day. Considering each of her workouts probably burns at LEAST 500 calories, you could definitely go to 2000 calories a day. And you're kinda tall too, right?

I usually eat about 1000 calories before noon Terri, so don't sweat it. I'm just naturally hungrier in the morning and I like to do breakfast and lunch before noon. But sometimes that can be tough when the munchies hit at night. I feel like I have NO willpower. Argh.

I'm feeling uber-depressed all of a sudden. The sun just went behind the clouds and I feel like doing ABSOLUTELY nothing today.

I'll get some personals done later, but I really think I should focus on getting a little work done today.... gotta make that money so I can buy new clothes when I've lost this weight.

Here are my stats, as embarrassing as they are:

Weight: 157
Height: 5'4"
Body Fat 26% or more


Goals:

Weight: 140
Height: 5'10" (a girl can dream, right?)
Body Fat: ?? 21%

Arista, I want to know what rotation you will be doing to increase your height. That made me gaffah. Is that spelled right?

OMG, I only eat about 400 calories at breakfast and 400 at lunch. Then I get home an all H breaks loose. I aim (when I'm aiming) for 1200 to 1700 cal/day.

Dana, I take the boys are both feeling better. Boy George! Eeeck. I've never heard of most of the other bands you like, and the ones I recognize, I've never actually heard anything by. Or if I did, I didn't know it. Let's not listen to any music when we finally GTG, ok?

Terri, another 2 feet of snow. Oh my. I think we are supposed to get a wintery mix, but it shouldn't start until I'm well on my way or maybe even arriving in Annapolis. And that is farther south, so I'm counting on just rain. I will be very disturbed if I have lousy traveling weather. In fact, I will seriously consider cancelling.

Well, I got home from work after getting the roots de-greyed. They did trim my bangs, so my doo is acceptable. It will get cut on Monday. I started to do Cardio Fusion but just didn't feel like getting sweaty. Oh no, I think you haters have finally gotten the better of me. Anyway, I turned off the TV, had a piece of chocolate and am now waiting for DH to come home so he can take me out to dinner. We have a couple gift certificates left over from Christmas, and I think this is the perfect time to use one.

I should be around tomarrow morning. I'm not leaving till about noon. I check in before then.

Where you making your DH take you for dinner? My DH just called to say he'll be late so I'm going to get myself some carry out from that new Mediterranean restaurant down the street. They have an awesome selection of tapas:9

I have wasted this entire day sitting at my computer. I haven't done this in a long time, though, and it was fun. Now I need to pry my butt out of this chair and do something.

Jen, I've been thinking about you. I hope you're feeling better. I'm kind of worried about you :*
 
You all crack me up! The 700 calories were for 2 breakfasts - I'm like a hobbit, you know...First breakfast at 7:30 was oatmeal with protein powder and strawberries and 2nd breakfast at 10:00 was 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, and whole wheat bread. It's amazing how fast calories add up. I've managed to eat or will eat just under 1700 calories a day. And my, oh, my, I think I have a touch of the Jen's. My stomach is so bloated and painful and I have to do my weight workout this evening. Jen, if this is how you feel all the time, oh, you have my sympathies!

Ah, going out to dinner...what's that? DH and I haven't had a date outside the house in what seems like forever. It's been so cold and now with the snow, it just makes us homebound. Oh well maybe I can have a detailed account of what you ate and where you went.

Arista: you crack me up with your rotation. I love how you've grown 6". I'm not sure about these two-a-days but I'll give it a go for now.
 
Here for a short time, woke up feeling even worse today & didn't go into the office. Luckily a lot of my brokers think my cell phone is my office phone so they always call on it & I can check work messages from home so I don't feel too far behind. I am feeling a little bit better but still not great, going to eat a very early dinner and lay in bed watching TV until I fall asleep. didn't work out today, haven't eaten much today either so figure it'll all work out. Now I'll have to decide whether to do KM or Firm It Up tomorrow, will for sure depend on how I feel.

Sorry to be so self absorbed but know you guys understand, will BB tomorrow evening.
 
Oh, Jen...I feel for you. Don't apologize for being self-absorbed...you can do that here. I just send you an email. I'm very happy to hear that you didn't workout today! Thatta girl! :)

Poor Jen! I'm so sorry you feel crummy. Way to take it easy. Good for you!! I know what you mean about getting behind though, that can really suck. I hope you feel better tomorrow.

Terri - OH, how I love second breakfast. I was a hobbit in a past life too. I adores elevensies! It sounds like you're eating really clean though, so no worries, right? Elevensies it is!!

Robin - Mmmm, chocolate. WHat a great alternative to exercise!! I hope the weather is good for you tomorrow.

Michele - I am very glad to have this board to come to when I'm feeling fat. You're bunny pic really cheered me up. Good for you for lounging for a day. I really need to have a lounge-all-day kinda day, soon! Maybe tomorrow...
