Can I just tell you how fun it would be if you guys came to visit Tokyo?!

Aww, and look at yesterday's title! I'm so touched!

Hi guys!

I feel much better now that I've read up on all the things going on with everyone. And Shelley's arrival! Yay! And so much drama going on! Oh, where to begin, where to begin!

I'm doing great...this weekend I just suddenly actually have things I have to do besides check the Stalk Market in my Nintendo village. Yes, it's the Stalk Market and the prices on radishes change twice daily LOL.

I did my S&H tris and bis yesterday, and yesterday's cardio was postponed to today - which I blew off for good behavior (slothdom).

Robin - Haha, like Jen, I'd heard about the pencil test for underboob, but not for underbum. If guys only knew what pencils have touched! In fact, you might want to think twice about putting one in your mouth to chew on the eraser...I'm the same as Michele - I've never gone skiing ever in my life. I'm sure I'd twist my leg right off....Robin, your summary of us made me laugh my butt off (so what happens with the pencil test in this case?)

>You know the saying, a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle. At least I think that is the saying. If that isn't the saying, it should be the saying.

ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!

Oh, Robin, that's great news about Greyor. That's wonderful that he'll be able to come home soon.

>since taking the Lose 5# challenge, I've gained 2.

Oh man, LMAO.

Michele - Wow, your DH is amazing. That must be incredibly rewarding, as heartbreaking as it must be. And it must be really nice for the children he treated last year to see his familiar face. If only there were more people with hearts like that in the world...How is your neck and shoulder doing? Ched is now on a weight loss plateau. But I think he said something about having a plan to shred some of the last of his weight off, so he might slim down and move out in the next few days...Oh yeah, I remember you saying how it's hard to sleep when DH is gone. Is your headache gone yet?....OMG. ANTS? WTH?! That is AWFUL! Are they the tiny ones? Well, I guess you're not going to be able to collect them and carry them outside now, are you LOL. You could put a trail of sweetened barley from what you think might be the source, leading to the front door?....Oh, and thanks for your nice compliment about my morning posts - sorry I happened to be gone the following two days!

>For breakfast I had a poached egg and 5 seed WW toast...and a cookie

LMAO. Your menu sounded really yummy as usual (except for the steak part, eww LOL).

Arista -

>I'm Scandinavian and German, so there's really nothing that I won't eat.

LMAO.

Your menu sounded yummy and healthy! How did it go? (Your cheese list also sounded yummy!)

Oh no, oh no, why do men suck? Does this have to do with your Vday present?! What happened?

Okay. I've just read your post about what happened. Wow. That's not so good. What a bummer of a Vday for both of you. Maybe you'll be able to pull out that lingerie when you guys are ready to make up. At that point you might tell him that his idea of getting you such a wonderful, romantic gift really touched you,....and how it bummed you out how it ended up.

Oh, poor kitty! 3 teeth! Urgh! I'm glad he's feeling happier. Actually, your post sounded happier, too, so that's great......My DP (darling plant) and I don't fight that much anymore, now that we've been together for four years. But once, for seemlingly no reason at all, he poked me straight in the eye (and he's got some strong pointy fingers), when I was trying to serve him something to drink. It was really painful, but we got over it.

Thanks, by the way, for your nice comment about my writing! One thing's for sure, I would be killer at a typing job! LOL....I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for good news on the new job! That would be great! When will you know?...So how long does it take to knit a poncho?...Good for you for not being sucked into the Vday candy sales. I remember when I used to slurp down those Cadbury Easter Eggs. Wait a minute. That's not Vday talk. Please ignore.

Oh! I see you did indeed get to the making up part. That's happy news! Did he like the lingerie?

Diane - Thanks for the advice on the temp. moving out. Actually, I think he implied that I could stay with my Mom in her apartment. Ain't nobody sponsoring a temporary move pour moi, or I'd be staying at the Park Hyatt. But it's been pretty quiet so far. Maybe the Super was using his reverse psychology on me so that I wouldn't complain about any hammering and tapping LOL.

Jen - That toasted bread and apple thing sounded good. Did you ever try it out?..How are you feeling? LOL at you for feeling too horrible to do one particular workout, but not horrible enough to do a different one. Isn't it supposed to be that if you feel bad, that you don't do a workout at all?!...That's so cool about your neighbor and his snow blower. That sounds like a lot of fun, actually. You can blow the snow right onto your next door neighbor's property LOL.

Mariah - LMAO about the woman who is hearing-impaired scaring the bjeez out of you!!....You know, now that you mention it, I haven't even seen any of the construction workers. Are they honestly working on the room? And I wonder if they really are there, do they look cute in sequin costumes and can they do Running Man in case we decide to take our act on the road?

Or should I just move to Australia right now? Hot bodies? In Australia?

Sorry to hear you're not feeling good about something at work enough to make you eat two burgers. Is it the actual work, or someone at work with whom you just don't get along?

Dana - Oh, I totally, totally agree with you about the lower body exercises done on machines is a different thing all together. So I guess we just need to buy some machines. Heh. Not. You should get the Winsor Buns & Thighs (haha, I wrote Buns & Things). It's such the easy leg day LOL...Yeah, Choco and Ched are like Jack Sprat and his wife - whie one gets bigger, the other gets smaller....Were you able to get to the racing banquet?

>You have got such a crazy schedule its amazing that you are sane.

What with all my talk about my imaginary apartment roommates, I'll take that as a high compliment. LOL. And LOL at your ant story. Oh gawd. And your clothes shopping, sheesh! Sounds like a nice haul! Cheers to your DH on the flowers. That's nice.

Shelley - With an avator like that, please, please join in with us!

>And next week I'll have PMS so I'll be vile and y'all can listen to me rant and be bitter!

OMG, LMAO!!

What? You...you did a run? 5 miles? Intervals?! Oh gawd.

Terri - No kidding about all the long posts, I was gone for two days and these guys were posting every five minutes or so!...Oh no, your DD already dumped the guy?! LMAO!...Thankfully, the construction is totally nothing so far. But apparently it's set to go until the end of March - which I'm guessing means the middle of April? (Gulp.)

Okay, so let's see. You guys were writing down your favorite sayings about men.........the one that comes to mind is one I think by Mae West on why she never married. It went something like : Why give up being adored by millions to be ignored by one? LOL.

Don't tell DP.

Okay. I'm finished.

Have a nice Sunday, all!

END OF POST - STOP SCROLLING DOWN

I am never on the forums anymore but OMG am I glad to have peeked in here for the "August Gone Mad" post. :7 :p :+ I believe I am now up to date on everyone and had a good laugh to boot.

"August Gone Mad"

LMAO!

Good thing I have about a hundred spare a$$es because I've been laughing them off all day!

Hi, Melody!!! :D :D :D

August!! Sis!! (that's Melody -- she's my sister:* :+ )

Sis, I ALWAYS miss you -- darn it! I'm glad August gave you a good chuckle. She does that to people.

I CAN'T SLEEPx(

August, it's so nice to have you back. We all really miss you and your lunacy when you're gone:p:7

The stalk market -- ROTFLMAO!!!

The ants are slowly driving me mad. They're all over my first floor and yes, they're the little teeny weenie ones, and they're making me itch all over --ACK!

ROTFLMAO about the barley trail! I haven't discovered the point of entry, but God help the little buggers once I do.

My DH called just a little bit ago. He spent the day working in a little fishing village. He treated a 103 year old woman who lives alone and apparently got too near a flame and caught her clothing on fire. She has 2nd degree burns over most of her body. She spent one day in the hospital before they threw her out. DH changed her dressings and managed to find space for her at a mission. They're going to let her stay until her burns heal. DH said she's totally spunky and sharp as a tack. All this stuff just breaks my heart. DH wants me to do this with him next year but I'm not sure I can. I had to get out of nursing because I couldn't take the sadness anymore. I don't know how my DH does it. Anyway, he could probably use some prayers. He sounds utterly exhausted and he has a terrible cold and sinus thing going on.

I guess I'll try to get some sleep now. Night night:* :*

I had to come back for just a sec to post this link. I found this when I was looking for a certain video on You Tube. August, is this Japan's version of Fit TV? ROTFLMAO!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmbsSw81Uww

August, I just love waking up to your wacky posts. But it takes so long to read that I don't have time to reply in depth. I have to get to work. I will be back to chat later.

Melody, I'm so glad you decided to check in here as well as the the I don't know where to check in check in.

Michele, does your DH speak Spanish? I hope you had a nice antless sleep.

OK, time to hit the road. Later haters.

wow you gals are all up early
i thought i was the only one on a sunday to be up at 5 and out to work
will check in later August thanks for the morning news its better then the sunday newspaper
ciao everyone for now

Well, what a great way to start Sunday morning! That post was awesome, August.

Michele - re. the ants. In the words of Ripley from Aliens (the second one), I think you should take off and nuke the whole site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.;)

I'm NOT doing cardio today;) PUB is on tap. I'm hoping for a quiet day but we'll see how that goes. I went to my sister's yesterday and while I was there, the little thing in my brain that tells me when to stop eating broke. True story. So yeah, I stuffed myself silly. Well, wait, I'm already silly. I stuffed myself sillier.:p

I'm at work and anticipating a slooooow day. I already have all the routine stuff done. That could be good, cause I'd rather read or knit. That could be bad, cause if I get eat I'll go looking for food. Today is a rest day and I am glad of it. My butt still hurts from B&G done on Thursday.

Jen, that was nice of your neighbor to do your drive. All our neighbors have snowblowers or plows, but no one helps my poor DH with his shovel. Actually, I think he likes the workout. His other favorite workout is splitting wood. We heat the house with a wood burning hot water furnace in the basement and a second wood burner in the family room. It takes a lot of splitting and hauling to keep the house warm, but I think my DH likes the zen workout it gives him.

Dana, how was the banquet? Where was it? Did the boys spend the night at grandma's or did you have to pick them up? We were down at Geisinger last night. Greyor was sleeping, so we only stayed an hour. I was afraid if he woke up, he'd want to be held and we would never get out of there.

Michele, imagine a 103 yr old woman surviving that kind of injury. As hard as it is, I'm sure your DH comes home with a lot of inspiring stories too. I've never talked to anyone who has gone on a mission trip who regreted. You should try to go with him on one. With your nursing background, I bet you'd be invaluable. I've tried to get on a couple trips, but something has always stopped me. I don't have enough medical background to really be useful and I don't know how to do any contruction. Someday though, a mission trip is on my list of things to do.

August, LOL about the pencil test. Good thing I usually use pens here at work and keep my own in my pocket. I'm also glad to hear you and DP got over the poke in the eye incident. I'd have been tempted to withhold all liquids for a week or two. Oh, wait, that's what I usually do to my DP's. They wouldn't realize I was mad. I'm glad to hear Chedd seems to have his disorder under control. And it's only 4 days after VD and you've already moved on to discussing Easter candy. I think this is really the I Love to Eat Check In.

Oops, STAT test from the ER. Bye.

I must have posted the same time as the newbie. Ha Ha Shelley. You're a newbie. A silly newbie at that. I'm glad to hear that the broken brain piece didn't send you into a tailspin of guilt and misery. Lots of upper body love.

Good morning again!

Boy, my sleep cycles are totally screwed up now. I have to make myself go to bed early tonight and try to get back on my regular schedule.

I did a bad, bad thing...it's my grocery store's fault! They started baking these totally delicious whole wheat pecan chocolate chip cookies, but the kicker is, they only sell them in containers of a dozen. I wish they'd sell them individually, but NOooOOooOOoo, the only cookies they sell individually are about the size of pita bread and loaded up with a ton of gooey crap:eek: x( . So anyway, I had 2 WW pecan chocolate chip cookies for breakfast with my coffee. That's sort of healthy, right? Did I mention that they're made with honey (realbutter) which contains important antioxidants.}( :9

Robin, no, DH does not speak Spanish, but he has an interpreter with him. You're joking, right? Me? Provide nursing care? I retired from nursing about 12 or 13 years ago and I've made it a point to forget at least one medical fact everyday since then. I got nothing left. I'm not sure I even know how to use the new fangled thermometers:eek:. The last job I had was working for a veterinarian. I suppose I could round up stray Chihuahua's or something like that --LMAO!

Mariah, you've got that right! August is definitely better than the Sunday paper. I'll take her over the New York Times any day!

Shelley, you don't know how attractive that sounds...nuking my house, that is--LMAO! --Oh yeah, that little thing is broken in my brain, too. So, what'd you have to eat at your sister's:D }( :9 . --I have the pyramids but I haven't actually done them yet. I placed a large order of Cathe DVD's a few months ago and haven't had a chance to do them all yet. Okay, I've had a chance, but you know me.:p

I think I'm going to run a few errands today. I didn't go out yesterday because it snowed all day long, but the sun is shining now and I need some fresh air.

Jen Terri, Arista, Dana, Diane, (Deb, Kate, Jana -- if you're still with us), hello to you and y'all have a great day. I'll check back later:* :*

Good morning haters!

OK, I'm promising a short post, so I can get out and run before I have to come back to wake up DBF.

Michele - I'm sorry you had trouble sleeping. That's the worst... But it always happens to me too when my DBF is away. That is an amazing story about the old woman... I will definitely keep your DH in my thoughts. I hope he starts feeling better soon. And I hope you can get to sleep tonight. Hey, if you can't, just start reading some computer programming literature while laying down and I guarantee you'll fall asleep fast.

That Japanese exercise video is hilarious! Not a lot of cardio going on there, huh?

Mariah - "August thanks for the morning news its better then the sunday newspaper ". LOL Definitely!!

Shelley - "the little thing in my brain that tells me when to stop eating broke. True story." LMAO! That happens to me all the time!

Yep, I hear you about the sun shining Michele... Time to go running!

BBL :*

Oh, and not an ounce lost yet ladies. I'm about to start my you know what, so I'm retaining water faster than than Titanic in its last moments. I'm up a pound. :(

Moring haters! I have done Powerstrike 1 & added a 10 minute buns w/o by Tamilee Webb. Feeling good, eating egg beaters but can tell it isn't going to hold me over for long! Also need to figure out my rotation for the coming week, will post that later.

August- So glad to have you back, it just isn't the same without you! Cadbury Easter Eggs, YUM! I used to love those but haven't had one in years. You should know better by now that all the recipes I post with the exception of the crock pot ones I have not tried. Remember, I'm like you when it comes to cooking-microwave or pizza out of
package & into oven!
"My DP (darling plant) and I don't fight that much anymore, now that we've been together for four years. But once, for seemlingly no reason at all, he poked me straight in the eye (and he's got some strong pointy fingers), when I was trying to serve him something to drink. It was really painful, but we got over it."
LMAO... thanks for the laugh!!! :)

Melody- You should join us more often, August is hysterical and keeps us all laughing and smiling.

Michele- I will say a prayer for your DH, he must be exhausted by now. I hope he doesn't end up getting sick, he is such a good person for doing what he is doing. We need more people like him in the world. Those cookies sound so good, I would probably have eaten all of them by now!

Robin- Sorry you have to work today... when you work weekends to do you get a couple days off during the week? Glad to hear Greyor keeps getting better.

Mariah- 5 AM on a Sunday, are you crazy??? I typically sleep in until 7:30-8 on weekends, I love sleeping in!

Terri, Arista, Dana, Diane- Hope you can visit today! What workouts did you guys do?

Okay, BBL.

Shelley- "while I was there, the little thing in my brain that tells me when to stop eating broke. True story. So yeah, I stuffed myself silly. Well, wait, I'm already silly. I stuffed myself sillier."
LMAO... you mean there is supposed to be something in your brain that tells you that? Wow, I must have been born without one! I have been munching so much lately, not sure why either. :-(

Michele - to make you feel better, I also ate two chocolate chip cookies along with my raisin bran and soymilk this morning. But I only did it to make you feel better. I hope you can appreciate my sacrifice. :p

Pecans make any pastry, cookie, or cake better!! Yum!

My 3.5 mile run took me a frikkin hour to complete today! The wind was really strong and must've held me back... (yeah, right). The dogs loved it though, it was sunny, and they pulled me down the trail. That's kinda like cheating, I know.

Jen - thanks for the reminder on posting my exercise for the week...

Monday - 30 minute walk, 1 hour cardio and weights workout
Tuesday - 45 minute run, abs
Wednesday - day off (I'm copying you Jen - plus, this is always my busiest day at school and work)
Thursday - 45 minute run, abs
Friday- 30 minute walk, 1 hour cardio and weights,
Saturday - yoga, run
Sunday - abs and weights, short walk with dogs

My exercise rotation revolves around the pups. But its more fun that way, so I don't mind!

Munch, munch, munch.... every now and then you've got to do it Jen! Maybe its ALL that snow you've been getting. Its bound to increase the need for comfort food. In fact, Food Network is airing shows all about comfort food and I'm watching them. I'm such an idiot! I think I'm going to make spaghetti with roasted red peppers and ground turkey meatballs with basil for lunch today...

I hope everyone's having a fabulous Sunday! I'm off to de-stinkify.

:+

Arista- LOL at eating the cookies to make Michele feel better! I think I'm going to have to do the same thing for Mariah & have a quarter pounder w/ cheese & french fries sometime in the next couple weeks. I just can't get the craving to go away! I can't tell you the last time I ate food from a fast food place...really I don't even remember it's been so long. Your rotation looks good, I like taking Wednesday as it is in the middle of the week and I'm normally pretty worn out by then. Usually Thursday are one of my better w/o days too w/ having Wednesday off. I think Cathe says to change up your day off so I probably should do that sometime, maybe next week I'll take Tuesday off or something. I am having trouble coming up with my rotation for next week... okay, I am thinking- watch out!

Monday- KPC cardio w/ Bun Shaper & ABS from KPC
Tuesday- Cindy Whitmarsh ultimate fat burner or Shape It Up
Wednesday- off night
Thursday- Kick Max, my way- blasts, combos, leg drills
Friday- B&G Leg Blast Premix w/ floor glute work added on
Saturday- KPC-all w/ 2nd half of L&G added on(part that doesn't use high step)
Sunday- Drill Max Cardio/Leg Premix or regular premix

I just can't get myself away from Drill Max, I love that w/o so much. I am anxious to get Tracey Staehle new Kickbox w/o... not sure when they start shipping them, need to head to her website & find out. She has more clips up now and the KB one looks pretty good & pretty basic moves & easy to learn.

I finally caved & bought the original step also, got it Friday. I have a step & the high step but my regular step is by reebox & not as long as the one Cathe uses...and even though I have to watch how much step I do I still had to have it. Glad I got it, used it for DM yesterday & for the power circuits of BM2. My weight room keeps filling up with new "toys"! I also ordered new bands, 3 of them.

Okay, well off to do some errands & housework & then bum max! ;-)

Where is everyone today? Michele- you sleeping since you didn't get much rest last night?

I have had a busy day and now am relaxing & being a complete bum! I did Powerstrike this morning w/ 10 minute bun w/o & then I got a 2nd wind this afternoon & did the Cardio-Lower body premix from HST, it was 26 minutes & I worked up a good sweat! With all the junk I'm eating I figured I needed another w/o today!

Hope everyone is having a great Sunday...not looking forward to work tomorrow, I could use a week off! BBL.

Things must be getting back to normal if August has the first post of the day. One of these nights I'll be up past 10:00 so I can read August's post before I go to bed instead of with my breakfast. But then, that would be out of my routine. I need routine. But then I get bored so I need a change. OMG - is my DD just like me? Breaking up with her BF after only a week because she was bored? I'll never survive her upcoming teenage years. She'll be 11 on April 1st.

Michele: what your DH does is truly remarkable. Our sermon today was about how we are salt of the earth. Your DH is definitely in that category!I can't do hospitals or work with sickly people. I don't know how DH and Robin can deal with it. I have such a weak stomach.

Shelley: How are PUB different than the Gym Style Series? I was thinking about ordering GS Chest & Tri's to round out my collection. I have Legs and Back, Shoulders and Bi's. My goal is to lean out these Popeye the Sailor Man arms and legs! It's really not THAT bad (I passed the butt pencil test), but my youngest DD told me today that I have chubby arms! Out of the mouths of babes, eh?

Jen: it's good you post your workouts. I didn't realize how much you work your legs. Do you get DOMS? And if so, do you still work them the next day? I think you have great shape to your thighs. I need to set up a routine and was going to do that today but didn't. I also didn't workout today. It was my off day. :) I see you didn't plan for ShovelMax? Are you retiring that workout? I'm with you on eating fast food - when was the last time I had a quarter pounder? Probably a year ago? I was in Paris many years ago and ate of all things, a Big Mac! Later, I spent 6 hours in the bathroom throwing up. Needless to say, I didn't see much of the city, except the porcelin god. And I haven't had a Big Mac since and that was back in '89.

Arista: your spaghetti with roasted red peppers sounds delicious! Is that something you created or is it a recipe you could share?

Mariah: don't get caught up on the Angus burgers. It happened and we'll move on together. Weight Watchers taught me to find other ways to deal with stress besides food. That can be easier said than done, however. But next time you're feeling stressed, find something to distract yourself: take a trip to Hatesville, take a walk, or anything else you like to do. We're here for you!

Robin: are you always working? Do you ever get a day off? I have so much respect for people who work in health care. My uncle recently passed away from esophogeal cancer and his nurses were fabulous. Every single one of them. After he passed away, we sent them flowers for all the care they gave him. But I don't know how they can deal with death like that. They were all so calming and supportive. I was just a wreak.

Good evening to Robin, Diane, Dana, Melody, and an early good morning to August!

Terri

Hi Arista, Jen, and Terri!

I totally blew this day SLEEPING. UGH! I was so tired and to top it off, I'm about 95% sure I'm getting a very bad cold, and maybe a sinus infection;( . I don't have an ounce of energy. I think it's because I haven't had a decent night's sleep since DH left. It's all his fault:p

Thank you all so much for your kind words about my DH. He really is a very kind person and a dedicated doctor. I'm so proud of him. :+ I'll stop there before I get too sappy.

Arista, I'm so glad you enjoyed my video selection. I thought it was hilarious, and did you notice that there's a bunch of 'em? LMAO! --I haven't lost any weight, but I haven't gained any either, so it's all good. I was sure those %*&%*% cookies would do me in. I really appreciate your show of support by indulging in a little dolce yourself}( :7 . That was quite a sacrifice you made on my behalf and I love ya for it:* :7 --I'm really proud of you for running in that cold, windy weather. I could not have done that. Kudos to you!! --Your lunch sounds really yummy!

Jen, you are so good about staying on task. You're very hard working and I bow to your greatness. Really, I wish I were more like you. --Oh hey, I'm getting ever closer to the bottom of that cookie plate:9 --I fully support your support of Mariah by indulging in a burger and fries. You shouldn't ignore your cravings or you might end up going crazy and eating like 10 burgers or something--LMAO! --I know what you mean about your weight room filling up with more toys. It's really hard to NOT buy things, isn't it? The club step was a good investment and one you won't regret. I've had mine for over 15 years and it's still in great shape. I know what you're thinking...you're thinking it's in great shape because I never use it, aren't ya...aren't ya--LMAO!

Terri -- ahhh routine. I need it, too, and I get all confused when people switch things up on me. --Yeah, I don't know how my DH does it, either. I'm a nurse so it's not the stomach that gets me, it's the overwhelming hardships and sadness people are faced with. DH says the conditions these people are living in is incomprehensible. --Oh oh oh, you should absolutely get GS C&T. Cathe's GS workouts are my all time favorites. Don't delay your purcahse -- you won't regret it.

I ordered carry out tonight. A new restaurant opened up recently and they have an extensive tapas menu and OMG!, it is to die for. I was good, too, and didn't get anything to awful...but now I'm going to have a cookie:9

G'night everybody:* :*

Yep, I'm with you Michele... I'm about to head in for sugar round #2. Homework stressed me out and now I'm going to eat about it!

Just kidding. Terri's right... do ANYTHING besides eating... Hmm, nope, can't think of anything else I'd rather do. I think that sugar-free hot chocolate would really hit the spot though.

Michele - "The club step was a good investment and one you won't regret. I've had mine for over 15 years and it's still in great shape. I know what you're thinking...you're thinking it's in great shape because I never use it, aren't ya...aren't ya--LMAO!"

ROTFLMAO!!!

I really need to get a real STEP too... maybe when I get a bigger house. For now, just pray that I don't fall off the end of my pint-size STEP too many times.

I'm secretly hoping that I get sick, so I'll have a real excuse just to lie in bed for hours and hours and days and days. Otherwise, I just feel guilty when I don't spend time getting things done that need to get done. I haven't been sick in a year and a half, so I'm due! Come on, what do I gotta do? Lick a public toilet seat? Oh, that's so gross, that I don't think I can eat anything now... (that's really not true)

It must be late, because I'm cracking myself up here.

:+

I'm sorry you're feeling icky Michele. ;( Get some good z's for me.

Terri - Your Popeye arms comment cracked me up! Well, at least Popeye was strong and healthy!! You go girl! Eat that spinach.

OK, I think August has posted already, so I'm go to go over there...
