Is anyone planning to order the new workouts today? My credit card is ready and waiting! I LOVE the sound of the 4 day split. Did anyone see Heather's post in the OD forum? She posted a link that I haven't seen anywhere else with a great description of the workouts and premixes. I literally can't wait for this one. It sounds like an updated CTX series. Of course, I'll rely heavily upon Eli and the charming Coach Sean for the cardio parts, but the push pull weight workouts sound fantastic!
What was everybody up to this weekend? I finally finished my CEU requirement and renewed my license. It feels so good to have that out of the way! I checked here over the weekend a few times and nobody, myself included, started out thread -- LMAO!! Obviously, we haters are just too busy for all this cardio talk -- LMAO!
I haven't been working out much, but my eating has been fairly good. I've been doing a YOU On a Diet/Tosca Reno Eat-Clean Diet mishmosh. I have and love both of these books, and the recipes are actually things I would eat. As for exercise, DH and I went for a long walk over the weekend and I did about a 20 min workout yesterday. Today I will begin a rotation in earnest. I'm still thinking about using the 16 week weight loss rotation as a template.
