Yay. Work is done. Errands are done. BM#2 is done.('bout nearly killed me) Dinner is done. Time to catch up with you wonderful haters.
August, that no face kitty sounds scary. I think it would give me nightmares that would wake me from any naps I was taking. I love afternoon naps, but try to keep them to under 20 minutes. I usually set a kitchen timer. Last time I lost any measurable amount of weight, I used these relaxation tapes with the sound of waves in the background and a woman with a deep, slow voice telling me how much I hated sweets and junk food. Boy, did those tapes send me into a wonderful nap. Does your brother have a job? I assume you both speak Japanese. Was it hard to learn? I have a friend who teaches English in Thailand. She took a crash course in the language.
Michele, I hope you get a good night's sleep tonight. Last night was the first time in a while that I didn't wake up at 1:30 and toss and turn for an hour or so. So did your aunt listen to you?
Shelley, Sophie is beautiful and so smart looking!
Deb, the bedroom is almost done. New carpet will be laid next week. I still need to paint a piece of furniture and am looking for a new dresser. After that, I have to get a ton of spring cleaning done. I expected important company at the end of April and want to clean the floor, windows and carpets before then. I'm so impressed with your talented DDs. My DD can sing too, and I have no idea where she got the talent.
MSY, congratulations on getting back on track. Don't beat yourself up if you miss a workout or 6. In the whole scheme of things, it won't amount to a hill of beans. Your life must be frantic with you and your DH's jobs and the twins. Some things are more important then working out. I have a pretty good doctor, but sometimes he gets stuck in a certain mind set and doesn't listen. My DH found that if you look him right in the eye and call him by his first name, he'll stop and listen. LOL.
Heather, you are a marathon PMSer, that's for sure. I'm with Shelley though. PMS always made me ravenous. I would eat anything that wasn't moving, then feel guilty and then eat some more.
Arista, great job on pinning Ryan down to a date. I'm sure you can find a warm, quiet beach to honeymoon on.
Becky, another PMSer! As a menopausal woman who never knows when she's going to have a period or not, I feel outnumbered here. I love your DGS's baby blue eyes. He's adorable. One of these days I'll update my DGSs pictures.
Dana, I'm not working April 8. I'm free anytime after about 1:30. I get off work at 3 and usually don't have anything going on during weeknight evenings.
Jen, I hope you get a good night's sleep. Gosh, so many PMSers and poor sleepers.
Diane, your running workout was a very imaginative use of time. Good job.
OK, I think I'm all caught up for today. Hi to Mariah, Terri, Kara, Brie, and anyone else. See you tomarrow.
