Has this happened to you?

Hello. My name is Emily. I've been working out for about 3 years nothing hardcore just 4 to 5 times a week. I will do a little weights and cardio. For the past month now when I do my weight workout the day after or sometimes the second day after I will get knots all in my neck. I'm not talking like 1 or 2 I'm talking like clusters. Its got so bad lately that its caused me to have migraines. I've had migraines since i was 20 but the knots make the migranies more often. Since this has happened I'm down to working out only 2 to 3 times a week because I dont want to get a headache. Does anyone else have or had this problem and how did you solve it?
