Hi Candi,

I did it twice a week on my last rotation which ended 4 weeks ago. It completely got rid of the extra inch on each side of my hip that has been there forever. My thighs trimmed down all around and reduced some dimples:) ..I did to spread the workouts 3 days away from eachother. I was very happy with the results. Good luck!!

Just curious if L&G was the only lower body workout that you were doing.

Hi Michele,

Yes, it was the only lower body workout. Twice a week IMO was more than enough to get my legs in great shape. Some people prefer 3 days of leg work for a lower body rotation. I felt this was enough for me. I didn't do any premixes either. It was the full workout each time.

Yes Candi, I have used Legs & Glutes up to 3 times in one week, I love this workout, I use the premixes, mostly leg press mania, and the standing leg work only....... It with my running helped me drop a few lbs.... I really like this workout, its my favorite right now I would say.......... Rhonda:7

actually most of the premixes take longer to do than just legs & glutes ...........

I did L&G 2 times a week. I got the best results with L&G, PLB, KPC, Imax, and SJP.

Thank you so much for all of your responses.

We are on a lower body rotation. I am using PLB, SJP and L&G once a week. I was just wondering if more than once a week would be too much because I still hurt a couple of days after the L&G workout.

I'm thinking L&G is the reason for most of the improvements I'm seeing so I think I'll try to fit it in twice. If not now, maybe in a couple of weeks.
