Yes Candi, I have used Legs & Glutes up to 3 times in one week, I love this workout, I use the premixes, mostly leg press mania, and the standing leg work only....... It with my running helped me drop a few lbs.... I really like this workout, its my favorite right now I would say.......... Rhonda:7
actually most of the premixes take longer to do than just legs & glutes ...........
