has anyone ever used a mini trampoline for SJP hi/lo?

How could you do this exactly? I don't really get it. Most of the moves in the section you refer to are travelling moves. Quite frankly, it would scare me to death to do Cathe hi-lo on a trampoline of any description. I recommend sticking to the floor.

Sorry if this is not helpful.

I agree with ClareMc. None of Cathe's hi/lo routines, nor for that matter any of her cardio routines, are appropriate for mini trampolines (or - ahem - "urban rebounders" as the chi-chi clubs want to call them these days). Be safe and perform SJP on the surface on which it was produced.

I can't do it on the floor. i have great shoes and puzzle mats with padding and inserts.....all the jumping just kills my feet, so i thought this might work as a last resort................

I haven't done SJP, but I've moved the floor part of MIC to the rebounder (modifying moves as necessary). It worked pretty well.

I don't have a mini tramp but I do have a full sized one that I used to jump on with my kids till my Orthopedic doctor gave me a firm scolding, he said " with knees like mine I should never be jumping on a trampoline" But I do sneak in a few jumps with the kids LOL. who can resist, jumping is fun.

Moves can be modified to the rebounder. You may not be moving across the floor like everyone else but you can get an intense workout on the rebounder.

Thanks ladies! i am going to try it b/c my MIL has a mini trampoline that is just sitting there collecting dust and as long as a don't catapult (sp?) my self through a window, i think it will be better on my feet.
