Hi all,
After reading all the raves about the Butts & Guts Leg Blast premix, I decided to give it a go yesterday.
Apparently this is the format it *should* follow:
Leg Blast 47 ½ minutes
Instruction to warm up insert card
Walking lunges
Lunge/squat combo
Walking lunges
Leg presses
Forward thrusting hammer punch lunges
Leg presses
One legged squats
Side to side thrusting hammer punch lunges
One legged squats
Firewalkers
Walking lunges
Firewalkers
Walking lunges
Lunge squat combo
Low pulse lunges
Lunge squat combo
Stretch
However, I think my DVD got 'stuck' on the Leg presses/Forward thrusting hammer punch lunges combo, because after the FIFTH repetition of this combo, I (duh) started realizing something had to be wrong. Finally the DVD moved on to one-legged squats, but again, I did FOUR sets of walking lunges/firewalkers - and all the while I'm thinking 'this can't possibly be right!'
Has anyone else encountered anything like this? I know it sounds bizarre.
