Has anyone done Body For Life?

Just wondering if anyone has done BFL (or is currently doing it now) and if you followed it to the letter or improvised, and what kind of results you got. I just started this yesterday and so far so good. I'm trying to follow to the letter as much as possible, although I can't always work out in the morning. Did you give up Cathe for 12 weeks?

I do BFL. I just finished my 12 weeks last week after being off working out for about 4-5 months. I was pretty close to my goal weight and got down to it in the 12 weeks, altho I'd like to firm up the old booty a bit :) In that time, I lost 5.5 lbs, 2.25" in my hips, 2.25" in my waist and 2" in belly button area. I do the first 12 weeks by the book. Give up my Cathe's for that time. Then I do a 12 week rotation of:

4 weeks S&H
4 weeks Pryamids
4 weeks by the book lifting

For cardio tho I do IMAX, IMAX2 or Intense Moves. It is okay to do interval training for cardio. Very similar to the 20MAS described in the book.

I'm allergic to mornings! I rarely workout in the morning. You will still get results. I do my cardio on my lunch hour. Wait one hour before working out and eat 30 minutes after...it's the only way it fits into my schedule. I do lifting at night or on my lunch hour.
