Hi all
Has any powerstrike fans tried Patricia Moreno's Kickbox fusion.
I love kickboxing and love all the powerstrikes and wondering how this compares? I like Ilaria's PS (4)
Or if any one can give me some good ideas for kickboxing
I have Kimberly Spreens, Cathe's of course, and a couple Janis Saffels. Loving the step kickboxing with Kelly Coffey.

I believe I posted about Patricia's Kickbox Fusion a few months ago, but am not sure. I am a big fan of the Powerstrike workouts, so I went ahead and bought this workout. I did the workout once. It is soo basic. It's a great workout for someone who has never done kickboxing, but not for Powerstrike fans, at least in my opinion. I didn't do the yoga portion at all, but will check that out eventually. I just had high expectations because Patricia and Ilaria's videos are great, and I also love Ilaria's Powerstrike M4, but this workout was a let down for me.
