I'm pretty sure the closest I ever came to puking from a Cathe workout was STS Meso 2 Legs. But of course, it's all about your weight selection.
Oh also, STS Total Body is just an awesome, awesome total body weight workout that inspires a nice cardio pump. Again, of course, it's all about your weight selection.
Do you have Cathe On Demand? If not, I highly recommend. At least while you try stuff out and see which DVDs you want to purchase.
There's an Afterburn Extreme premix? My glutes burn at the very thought!

In addition to the ones already mentioned, I suggest the following:

Hardcore Extreme,
Cross Fire (Extreme Premix),
Intensity (Maximum Intensity Premix),
High Step Training Advanced (try 70 to 80 percent of 1RM on weight work)
Terminator (Viper with heavy 70 to 80 percent of 1RM or heaviest you can do with good form and keep up with video)

...And just for kicks, give one of these a try:

One of the Legs & Glutes/Kick Punch and Crunch combined premixes (from Body Blast Series).
Body Max 1 - Don't lower the step in the leg segment like Cathe does and up the weights AND either go heavy with the upper body work or if you have it, change it out for the upper body segment in Four Day Split, Burn Sets or STS Total Body (Upper Body Premix) using 70 to 80 percent of your 1RM.
Body Max 2 - This one is more choreographed and I love the music and the finale. Go as high as you can on the step but probably no higher than 8 to 10 inches to be safe. Again go heavier with the weights for the upper and lower body work. OR change out the lower body work with Lift it Hiit it legs.
With the RWH weight workouts, try the 4 set premixes.

As a power lifter you are used to lifting very heavy with explosive movements. These aren't "Worlds Strongest Man" type workouts so your challenge may be to go as heavy as you can (with good form of course) and using no momentum to complete the sets and maybe you can shorten the rest periods a bit.

2 hours of running and power lifting and then wanting more? You must have some raw meat in your diet. Being a runner and a power lifter you are obviously very fit and strong. My husband was a power lifter. He was extremely strong but the first time he did an endurance cardio and weight workout with me (it was called aerobic weight training back then), he was quite sore the next day. That surprised both of us. It's all about challenging yourself in a different way than you are used to. If you want a good butt kicking workout ala Cathe, she has some with your name on it. Go get 'em tiger!
