Hardcorre Fitness Maniacs for Tues May 2

Today ended up being busier than I thought. After I took my grandaughter to school I did a 5 1/2 miles on the treadmill, Tracey's Sweatfest ab blaster, Cathe's Core Max #3, then Eoin Finn's PYFH yoga quickie.

Charlotte, did you get your floors done. I have sealed my ceramic tile a couple of times but did it on my hands and knees with a sponge. I did two coats and it took a long time as we have quite a lot of it. I have never done anything with the wood flooring we put in the office except use Bella Wood cleaner on it. It is not a high traffic area.

Dallys, that is what I thought about the gloves. Mine were 14.95 at Target and I figured if they wear out I will get some more.

Lora, I do not have the Sweatfest step workout. Is the choreography hard?

Hi ladies! Tonight's WO was LIC Upper Body Circuit Premix. It was my first time with this premix and I couldn't get my weights right or do push-ups on my toes today. x( What a bummer workout! x( Oh well...plenty of workouts left in this week/month/year....I think I'll live.

Dallys-What was that you ate? A tostada without a tostada or something? Too funny! I had salmon, baked potato & the same salad I had yesterday. I bought some Butter Buds for my potato but after tasting it I am not sure why I bothered with them.

Hey Jen - don't be too down on yourself. That's just how it goes the first time around on a workout. At least you did it! That's better than all of the people who came home from work, ate pizza and then sat on the couch with a bag of chips and a soda. YOU WERE MOVING YOUR BODY GIRL! Be proud of that! And if it makes you feel any better, I can ALWAYS do pushups on my toes no problem and this morning I could only do half of them. Don't ask me why. My upper body was tired and I haven't even lifted upper body this week. So maybe there was something in the air. You're doing great. Keep up the good work!

Evening Maniacs! Just got back from my Mt. Bike ride. Forgot my HRM, so not sure how long, but it was over 2 hrs. I biffed it! Not too serious though. Just scaped my knee alittle and banged my ankle on the pedal. There is this "one" hairpin turn, that always messes with my phycee (spell check alert!). I always worry when I come to it. This is the first time it got me. Now, I'll be leary of it even more! x( Dh says I might need new tires.

Jen-Tosatada without the Tostada, lol. I meant without the tortilla. :) Fitday is another one of those mess-with-your-phykee kinda things. I've been using it for 2 days and I've already lied, flunked, and cheated! LOL!
