Hi!
I want to know what is the best way to rotate the Hardcore Series. I workout 5 days a week and just ordered the Hardcore series to add to my collection. I have mastered Cathe's Beginner/Intermediate level DVDs and not sure how this works. I'm not sure if like her other DVDs, you only do the higher impact DVDs twice per week max. Any help or suggestions would be great!
