Hardcore Series Rotations (Mastering the Beginner/Inter DVDs)

Hi!

I want to know what is the best way to rotate the Hardcore Series. I workout 5 days a week and just ordered the Hardcore series to add to my collection. I have mastered Cathe's Beginner/Intermediate level DVDs and not sure how this works. I'm not sure if like her other DVDs, you only do the higher impact DVDs twice per week max. Any help or suggestions would be great! :)
 
I'm sure Cathe posted suggestions for a Hardcore rotation in the "rotations" forum when they first came out. A search would find that .

The workouts aren't really designed as a rotation, so it would be hard to fit them all in a week.

I'll start with suggestions for Gym Styles. I find it works best like this:
Day 1: upper body 1
Day 3: lower body
Day 5: upper body 2
Days 2 and 4 (and possibly 6) would be when you would do cardio). You could add the abs and stretch workouts whenever you want.

You could do this for a few weeks, then move to a rotation using Muscle Max 2-3 times a week (on non-consecutive days).

ETA: Hardcores really are that: hard-core, advanced workouts. Since you just mastered some easier workouts, maybe incorporate one or two HC workouts into your rotation and get used to them gradually.
