Is the presale over? I would like to buy it but the regular price is too high.

Yep, the presale is over :-( But the preorder should go on for a little while more. The prices will kept going up too. Hope this helps!

I believe the first stage of the presale is over, but the second stage, which is still very reasonably priced (around $100 less than what the regular price will be), is going on now.

If I misinterpreted the home page pre-sale section, someone please correct me.

Yes, the Presale is still going on. Prices will increase every few weeks right up until we're about to release the Hardcore DVDs.
