I have a question (maybe I'll have to post this on a separate thread though). I'm doing the May rotation and since I want to lose a few of these vacation pounds, I was planning on doing a light workout on my rest days ....so it would be more of an active recovery day. Do you ladies think this would be okay? I just want to make sure it won't be overtraining. I plan on doing something easy like my FitPrime DVDs which seem ridiculously easy after doing Cathe for 3 months. On the other hand, if I went a step further and did a slightly harder workout (most likely full body circuit type), would this still be okay, as long as I don't feel overtrained?
