Hardcore Rotation Checkin Wednesday June 1

Hi Everyone,
This morning I did BB Timesaver Legs & Abs............all I had time for as I have to be at work early shift cuz I have a doctor appointment after work.

Have great workouts everyone. I'm starting the June rotation on Monday, but I'll be checking in here the rest of the week with whatever I decide to do.

ETA: WD: I went back and looked at the June Rotation after your comment yesterday and I also noticed that the week with CTX seems a bit "easier" than normal, but I decided I'm going to count that week as a recovery week, as that will fit into my schedule right now rather nicely.

I am in on the June rotation, started it today, so I will be "off" as far as the days listed, but who cares?
I liked the workout today - GS Back, chest, I subbed 30 minutes hi/lo today and added ab hits at the end. Nice mix!

I am in the June Rotation as well, but I won't be starting until next Monday. I'll be running in a half-marathon this Saturday and I got the rotation a little late so it would be best if I wait until next week.

This morning I did PLB. I also plan to do about a 45 minute run at lunchtime today.

This mornings workout was KPC, And the May rotation Legs w/ the Pyramid floorwork & Stretch

Lora what can I say. I kind of lean towards long tough workouts. I do occasionally do a lighter week or take an extra day off. It depends on how I am feeling:) Sometimes those lighter weeks allow me to accomplish other things around the house.

Hi Everyone,

Busy day for me. I managed to workout for a little while this morning. I did Kickmax Lowimpact stopped at the leg drills, tough core and kickmax stretch. I will be starting the June Rotation on Monday.

Hi Everybody ~
Despite my best intentions to resume my early AM workout that didn't happen today. We are supposed to move into a new house July 17-18 and the present owner called last night to say she's in "emotional distress" over leaving her home so we've got a HUGE problem... Our house is SOLD. We have an ironclad contract on the purchase but aren't sure we want to fight this couple over a house. Needless to say, I had a sleepless night -- just sick over this.

I did day one of the June rotation. I love the gym style workouts - pumping iron is my forte as many of you know so the chest and back workout was satisfying. The 30 minute run presents a bigger challenge for me. I did powerwalk a couple of times for between 30 - 60 seconds but I managed to run 15 consecutive minutes at the end. Doesn't sound like much but I know, for me, it's an accomplishment.

We're going to look at another house shortly. If you believe in the power of prayer, please pray that the Lord will present a suitable home for my family and that the seller of the home we thought we'd be moving into finds emotional peace.

Hello Everyone!

Today was Gym Style Legs, Segment one of CoreMax, and Segment one of Stretch Max. To put it plainly, I thought I was going to die!! LOL!!
All together that is aprox. 111 minutes. GSLegs was 67 minutes and the other two I believe are 22 minutes long each. I have not even looked at the rotation for tomorrow, I think I am scared!:D

great workouts everybody!

today's workout: did gymstyle legs-standing legs only. I did add the bandwork on the floor and did a 30min walk/run. Later in the afternoon, I did segment one of coremax. No stretching today.

Sabrina: you make me laugh. Yes, it's scary what she has for tomorrow. NOT REALLY! LOL..it's just gymstyle shoulders w/ MIC- hi/low only. shouldn't be too bad.

as you can see, I've already started June's rotation and I'm loving it. can't wait to see results.

WHAT ARE EVERYONE's GOALS w/ the june rotation???? let me know. my goal is to see some fatloss..maybe a 5lb loss and some definition in my legs.
