Hi Everyone,
This morning was Slow & Heavy Chest and 30 minutes on the bike. I really don't like the bike, but I do it to "crosstrain" my aerobics. I don't think it gets my heartrate up as high and it seems more difficult.

ETA: wishful thinking on my part.......my 2 hour dental appointment is tomorrow and I guess I'm trying to get it over with.

Hi everyone,

I did get in a jog last night after all. I only did 2.5 miles. It took me a half hour. I must go really slow.

This morning I did L&G. This time I went over two times heavier than the weight Cathe uses (less reps too), for the leg press. I ended with hamstring curls and abs.

I took my son to his Kindergarten orientation today. There were some other parents still hanging around when I dropped him off. My guy says, "Ok, bye". How do you like that? I didn't expect him to cry, but come on, throw you're mama a bone here. hahaha

Kim, I hope your motivation is better today... since it was whale poop low yesterday. That's funny!:D You are going to notice some nice changes working one body part a day. For me, it took a few months of that type of a rotation to notice.

Elaine, I agree with Nicole. Sometimes when DVD's to strange things, they need to be cleaned. I'm glad you're feeling better.

Diane Sue, you put together some really good workouts. Do you count macros too?

Lora, good luck at your dentist tomorrow.

Hello Everyone,
Today I will do GS chest, back, and cardio of my choice. I ended up doing S&H legs, CTX kickbox, abs, stretch last night because my tris were still sore from working them out on Sun. Anyway I need to get those legs in tip top shape for the summer:7

Lora as you know I have a airdyne, and I was shocked when my hr monitor tells me I am not working out HARD enough even when I feel like I am DYING. I like to read, but I am ALWAYS counting the minutes.}(

Susan my BABY goes to kindergarten also. (I'm feeling SAD, but I look on the bright side it's only half a day) I think the parents upset there kids more by sticking around. Happy to hear your son is going to adjust well to school!

Hi everyone,
My workout today was SB& SJP cardio premix stop at stretch, the Cathes chest rotation with some added exercises and subs. I used the Bowflex for a lot of it. When she had the Kneeling cable exercise I did 2 sets of incline flys on the Bowflex and 2 sets of one arm seated flys on the Bowflex. I got up this morning and thought I don't feel any DOM's in my back but I do this afternoon. I already feel the chest work. The one arm flys were new to me and I could see the muscle contract. I am feeling it a little now:) I will see how this works out. I like the rotation, I am just planning heavy weights, plenty of cardio and a few more sets. Also I am hoping to do a second lower body workout on Saturday with floor work and KM in it's entirety. also I thought I would have more time here but am incredibly busy. My usual time for posting right now is when I can talk to DH online.

Well, boy do I feel like I slept 4 hrs last night:) Son In law had a college graduation and I came home after family celebrations and talked to DH online til 1 am and then got up at 5:30.

Anyway, Susan I work on the Nutrition end of my fitness. I have bad days and good days. I enter it on my Dell PDa with a program called Pocket Diet at electricdreams.com I also have entered my workouts and goals in this program. Mostly I eat 40 carbs, 40 protein, and 20 fat. It varies a little. And then with al of the izza parties and birthday, graduation cake it varies a lot :)

Nicole Nicole, I love the HC's as well. No I did not see the HC Everything thread. I will look for it

Bev, I got to hand it to you . All of that running has got to be tough. Adding on HSTA. Is unbelievable.

Lora give your back time to recoup. You don't want to deal with this for an indefinite time.
