RE: Hardcore Rotation Checkin Tuesday 5/17
Hi everyone,
I did get in a jog last night after all. I only did 2.5 miles. It took me a half hour. I must go really slow.
This morning I did L&G. This time I went over two times heavier than the weight Cathe uses (less reps too), for the leg press. I ended with hamstring curls and abs.
I took my son to his Kindergarten orientation today. There were some other parents still hanging around when I dropped him off. My guy says, "Ok, bye". How do you like that? I didn't expect him to cry, but come on, throw you're mama a bone here. hahaha
Kim, I hope your motivation is better today... since it was whale poop low yesterday. That's funny!

You are going to notice some nice changes working one body part a day. For me, it took a few months of that type of a rotation to notice.
Elaine, I agree with Nicole. Sometimes when DVD's to strange things, they need to be cleaned. I'm glad you're feeling better.
Diane Sue, you put together some really good workouts. Do you count macros too?
